I don't get the question, as all a voucher system does is redirect existing tax money back to those taxpayers who opt out of the public school system, in such a manner that the amount available per public school student can only increase.

California had a ballot proposal for a $3,000 voucher that was rejected by voters who typically assumed it was a $3,000 gift to people who could afford to send their child to a private school.

When someone is forced to do something that goes against their religion they are committing or are an accessory to the sin being committed against their God, or religion.
