I remember many years ago, back during the 60's when some asked if the chain of custody was broken if an absentee ballot was in the custody of the U.S. Post Office ?

Back in the day all employees of the USPS had to be U.S. citizens, pass a background check, no criminal convictions including minor misdemeanors, and they had these guys who took their job really seriously, U.S. Postal Inspectors who packed .357 mag revolvers and Ithaca 12 ga. shotguns.

How serious did America take the ballot chain of custody back when America was great ?

When the polls closed on election day armed deputy sheriffs and some time police would transport the ballot boxes from the polling place to the county registrar's office to be counted.

Remember on election day when all of the bars were closed and you couldn't even buy a bottle of beer at the market until the polls closed ?

I remember, I was just a kid not old enough to vote but why did they do that ?

Democrats have a really long history buying votes with beer and other free stuff.

Repeating the same whataboutism fallacy does not make it any less fallacious.

It could be worse, short term memory loss.

Slavery used to be legal. "Jim Crow" was severe racial discrimination under the cover of the law - it was "legal". Its "legal" for the govt to take your house just to increase govt tax revenue (scotus Kelo v City of New London). In 1930's Germany, it was legal to take everything a Jew owned, and later it was legal to kill the Jews.

Under your logic, you would be right in there rounding up escaped slaves, pushing blacks to the back of the bus, and pointing out Jews to the Gestapo.

Laws are not automatically moral or ethical or even right. Laws are just what the govt decides to impose on people.

Some things are obviously wrong. If the Devil tells you to do something, most people are smart enough to just know its wrong. Kalifornia and Broward are wrong.

LOL, you don't know what happened in California or Broward. The kept accepting ballots long after the deadline to submit ballots - that's why there was such a media push to "count every ballot". In ballot harvesting, they waited long enough to see who the winners were, then went to people they had identified as being a democrat voter and asked them for their ballot.

That is a totally bullshit statement and, if true, would be illegal. I dare you to prove it.

That is some real **** logic when you compare the practice of making it legal for someone to go around and collect/deliver otherwise valid votes and ****ing slavery and killing jews.

    Get better.

Prove it didnt happen. Thats your modus operandi, asking people to do your work for you.

And yes you can prove a negative so dont play that stupid game.

Whoever has the power makes the law. The law does not equal justice or fairness or a moral stand.

If you take the stand that the law is good and must be followed, then you stand with the slavers and Nazi's and all the murderous tyrants of the world.

    Get educated.

LOL, you resort to that cop-out only used by people who have totally lost their arguement.

Godwin's "law" is for fools who don't know history.

Only a fool who doesn't actually comprehend history would invoke Godwin's Law in a thread!

How the **** do you prove that something did not happen?

You need to support your own accusations. Get better.

You are a ****ing fool if you think you can rationally analogize collecting and delivering otherwise valid votes to slavery and the ****ing Nazis.

I am done with you and your pathetic arguments. Get ignored.
