    Maybe he will be independent.

I just couldn't do it, anyway. Democrats burned their bridges across to me.

Tennessee is different than where you are. We have people who have crossed party lines a lot. My own family are all mixed up now, and we still get along fine.

That's not to say we don't have our fair share of ignorant *******s though....LOL We probably have more than our fair share to tell you the truth.

Looks like the Democrats are desperate for issues to run on.

I'm not talking about people. I'm talking about politicians. Democrat politicians burned their bridges across to me.

I live in one of those conservative states that is dominated by leftist cities. My votes won't count, but I'll be voting straight Republican. I couldn't stand it if my vote put Schumer back in power.

Chuck Schumer is not someone I admire either, but he does have a cannabis legalization bill in the wings too.

Single-issue voters. I've always had a little problem with them....whether they be evangelical pro-lifers who refuse to vote for anyone who doesn't vow to repeal Roe v Wade, or people like my gay brother who bitches about taxes, regulations, crime, and the costs of living in Los Angeles, but won't vote for a Republican because he's afraid they'll invalidate his marriage and make homosexuality illegal....

    It's crazy.

abortion, homosexuality, smoking pot....none of that will matter a whit if America is totally destroyed by open borders, economy-killing taxes and regulations, Globalists-First trade deals, bleeding hearts and their squishy approach to crime and criminality...

make a stand. have some principles. draw a line in the sand. but don't be stupid. don't be myopic.

No, but he can enforce the ones on the books with much fervor.

And he can lobby to keep them from being repealed/replaced/legalized

The proper way to make law, or repeal law, is through Congress. The Attorney General is allowed to lobby for his positions. Congress is allowed to ignore, or accede to, his wishes.

Any other procedure is a corruption of our government. It is flat out wrong to demand that law enforcement officials selectively enforce laws according to current whims.

    Demand Congress do its job!

The trend is to legalize dope so the populace can be happy when they end up homeless. A doped up society will also be a help when the dems call in all the guns.

Illegals from 3rd world countries are used to living packed like sushi. Living 8 to 10 in a room in the USA is a dream for them. This trend to 'pack' tenants is welcomed by landlord in the US. They can rent a 1 bedroom at astronomical prices and 10 people can share the rent.

    mexico-immigrant-shelter.jpg

The native Americans (not American Indians) will be overrun by illegals and end up living in their car. They won't be able to afford paying rent by one or two people versus 10 illegals paying. The native Americans are used to only living so low. (Note...in L.A. they have made it illegal to sleep in your car. You will have to sleep on the sidewalk if you end up homeless.)

As the dems work overtime to dope up America, they won't put up to much of a fight as the borders come down and the re-population is under way.

If your brother is put in jail for being gay (as many Republicans want) it doesn’t matter how well the economy is doing. I can understand him being a single issue voter on the issue.

Same with abortion - take the morning after pill - go to jail. How does the economy help those women?

Smoke some weed go to jail...

Seems like perfectly reasonable lines to draw in the sand.
What is it with y’all wanting to arrest everyone?

Kill a man-go to jail, how does that help the killer? Y'all make a world of sense!

Who does a homosexual marrying their partner injure.
Who does a citizen smoking a weed in the privacy of their home injure.
Who does a woman taking the morning after pill because the condom broke injure.

How does having a booming economy help you if you are in prison because of any of the above?

Sorry that you can’t keep up — not surprised though.

A homosexual can do whatever he wants but equating it with marriage pretty much distorts the real thing.
Making marijuana legal and available will kill the drive and cause passivity in our youth. A lot of our adults are already lost.
Abortion for convenience is a blight on how society views life in general. That's my best answer to your 1st questions.

A booming economy does not help anyone in prison no matter what crimes they have committed. I keep up just fine. What.....you have corncobs between your ears?? LOL
