Contested Election doesn't mean no President being elected.

Let's say this election is contested. That neither side is going to concede the vote and will try and litigate it as much as possible.

There is a way in which a President will be elected no matter the outcome of the vote. Whether its Trump being re-elected or Biden being elected.

And that is via the Electors. Which will meet this year on December 14th. Electors are generally required to rule, per State laws, the way that the voters in the State voted. However States can over rule that. They could allow their respective Electors to vote how they wish to vote. Or maybe even direct them to vote for a specific candidate.

What are your thoughts on this?

Personally I can see both the positive and the negative. And I'm not sure I could get past the negative to agree to this.

It is both true and wrong.

I think it would take longer for the States to change state law then the litigatation process. I think the litigation, like when Gore fought to over turn the election, will move quickly due to deadlines
