After reading the article, I have concluded that this is a serious matter. Crimes were committed by the president according to the transactions. Years ago Spiro Agnew had to step down as Vice President over a tax problem. I wonder if the media will look into this more and bring it up on a national level? I personally believe they should because the president must not be above the law.

All of this was known to me during the 2008 election but the mainstream media spiked the story.

What we know to be true:
a) Barack Obama was born in Hawaii so therefore meets the Natural born citizen requirements- and per his birth certificate, the age requirements. I do not know for sure whether he met the residency requirements.
b) Barack Obama was elected President by the Electoral College, confirmed by Congress and sworn into office- following the established Constitutional procedures, therefore cannot be an 'Ursurper".


See, not complicated at all to analyze what we know to be true.

yep, and obama has proven that he meets that requirement. that's why 70+million voters voted for him. that's why the electoral college confirmed the election. that's why the ENTIRE congress certified the election. that's why the ENTIRE judiciary says he is eligibile.
