Every modern outgoing president started working with the incoming administration to get the America ready.

Except for the miserable, hateful Republican administration of Trump who did everything they could to poop on America.

Even if Trump actually thought he had a higher vote total, Trump could have worked with the Democrats until the lawsuits had decided.

If he and his Republicans actually cared about America. Oh, wait, there COVID is going to fade away in the spring!

 

When you cover the windows of the counting stations with wallboard,
Pen up the GOP observes so far from the counting that they can't monitor it,
Lock them out of the building if they have to leave to use the bathroom,
Trick them into leaving and then haul trunks of votes out from under tables to run through the counting machines without monitors,
Have the margin of "victory" all come from a handful of deep blue cities who pulled these underhanded tactics, and who also received middle of the night and wee hour ballot drops that were for Biden, completely out of the proportions of the rest of the vote, and you know what? A whole bunch of people think you stole the presidency. It's like the politician that screws the boss for an appointment and then wants the same respect as someone who worked honestly for it. Not. Going. To. Happen. Honest folks don't do what the Left did, use all this death and misery from COVID to steal the Presidency.

Horrible thing, but you pulled it off, so quit bitching. You guys cheated, you know it, we know it, the American People know it. The Authoritarian Left cheats in elections because they know the can't win a fair fight with the GOP. We respect the rights of the Electorate, so naturally they like us better.

There is not a single courtroom, including judges appointed by Trump, that has agreed of ANY of these opinion dreams Republicans are true.

Every one of them conceded which made the incoming President Elect legit. That is why Trump did not concede and why Democrats mounted a media campaign to try and force him to do so. I wish it had not been so but I wish I actually believed in the legitimacy of that election. I will accept it but I don't believe it was honest.

 

And rightly so. Biden had no responsibility there until he actually became the President Elect. Once that happened he was given the access he needed. He is still following the Trump plan.

 

How about all the court cases which failed to find any cases of wide spread fraud? Do you accept them?

You're not following. The election had not been officially decided because Trump was protesting and had not conceded. Yes, I actually believe that because it's true. Once the EC count was officially confirmed Biden got the access he was entitled to.

 

No, you're not following. We are talking about saving peoples lives in a pandemic and you're saying the reason Trump wouldn't help in that is because he believed he hadn't lost the election.
How is that in any way a reason not to share information on treating the pandemic.

 

Did you miss when Joe said we could do nothing for 8 months? That was his initial take on it. The vaccines were a done deal and in spite of the Biden story they were in the pipeline. 1st responders and medical personnel were first to get it, my wife was one of those since she works for a Doctor. We can all agree that too many have died but it was due to the virus and to American social habits. All politicians can do is coordinate supplies and facilitate distribution and Trump did that. Vaccines were a high priority for him. I read an article a few days ago that this will go from pandemic to endemic and Americans will just have to get used to it. Most of us will likely have it in one strain or another and most of us will survive. We are getting better at treating it and that is our future, treatment not hiding under our couches.

Call yourself what you wish, your denigration of working class folks that don't immediately jump up and give Dumb Old Joe a tongue bath is not going to be a view that welcomes you into the GOP. We respect folks that work so hard that they need a shower after work.

It looks like something went went wrong. Of the Four that tested positive after the vaccine, immunity is not guaranteed. So it looks like.

 

Immunity is not how the vaccine works. It pre arms your body against future attacks. That doesn't stop you catching the virus, it stops you getting ill with it.
A bit like building a navy. The ships don't stop you being attacked, but they make beating the attacker so much more likely.

 

You gain immunity to the spike protein that allows the virus to enter the cells in your body. The virus can float around but it can't infect the cells.

And it is true that even if your are immune to the virus entering your cells, you can still be a carrier and transmit it to someone else. However, recent evidence suggests that the vaccines do reduce the amount of virus present. Last night i heard the comment by one immunologist that it may be good enough for the masks to come off. But we don't know yet.

 

There are 7 new variants that have emerged here in the US. They are all being given the names of birds - Robin 1, Robin 2... Mockingbird... etc.

 

The idea people seem to have is you have the virus or you don't, but its not like that. Most people will be carrying some viral particles. If you are vaccinated and the virus gets into your body, some will make it to red blood cells and infect them, some will swill around your blood stream and get swept up. Most importantly not enough will reach red blood cells to make you ill, let alone kill you. You might even feel ill as your immune system raises you temperature and switches your bodies efforts from running around doing your chores to manufacturing millions of soldiers (White cells) to kill the virus.
The result is that you do have a viral load, but it rarely gets bad enough for your body to start trying to cough it out, so it doesn't reach your upper respiratory tract where its most likely to reach other people.
This is not a straight fight winner/loser. Its a numbers game where the vaccine gives you ten thousand dollars in chips before the dealer spins the wheel.

that might be the case for many ...but a Mari gras could easily be a petri dish for the virus and its variants.

 

Big Pharma owns the DC Swamp, and the DC Swamp represents the Kingdom of DC not the States that sent them. When the government gets control of the spending, they direct to see their needs, not ours. We need to get control of our government. But, with the loss of Trump, these RX prices will continue to serve the Swamp, not us, until we have an opportunity to make some changes in Congress, in 2022. And just electing Republicans won't necessarily fix the problem. Once any of these guys are in DC, surrounded by DC, trying to join the culture soaked in Fake News, they quit serving us and they start serving the Swamp. What we need is not only a win, but a win followed by a Leadership purge. The only real constitutionalist voices of interest in the Senate are Ted Cruz and Rand Paul and they make a lot of noise, but they aren't racking up wins.
