    Oh now we see it's "insurance".. I have that on my car, boat, bike, home even my saving is insured :shock:

    So what's wrong with having insurance again?

    Kushner takes lessons from his father in law Dirty Donald who is pushing the drug hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for the corona virus Covid19, despite having absolutely no medical credentials??? What he does have though, which is no doubt driving his drug peddling, is a Trump Family Trust invested in a Mutual Fund who's largest stock holding is SONOFI Drug the maker of PLAQUENIL the brand name of their version of hydroxychloroquine. Nothing like putting your own personal finances ahead of those of the citizens YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT.

    No. that shoe is on the other foot. I pay a mortgage of $875 on a home with a granny flat that I live in. I rent out the main home out to a family for 800 a month with electric, garbage and water included. (they do the maintenance on the property) I have not researched to see if this provision is in my state, but If you think I am going to send an eviction notice on my renters if they end up unemployed, and can't make a couple of payments, you don't know me at all. I will do what I can, NOT to, for as long as I can, and afford my mortgage on savings, assuming they are making a good faith effort to find work. They are good tenents who have yet to be late on a single payment and aren't even hinting.

    So you can call me a bleeding heart liberal or just a decent guy not looking for the almighty dollar at all costs. I am not a prick like Kushner. .

    No its a mortgage. the contract between me and the mortgage company is not a rental agreement and landlord tenant laws of the state do not apply to me with relation to the mortgage company because is not a landlord according to state law. Insofar as I have a month to month rental agreement with my tenants Oregon state law considers me the landlord and any disputes between me and these tenants would end up in housing court. Next question?

    Please link for us the order from the court of governor to forgive rents not paid. He only temporarily suspended evictions. The rent still comes due at some time. The order by the governor doesn't stop any future legal actions. People need to know that. The renters should have foreseen this coming and had enough savings to cover the rent for the next year. You know, like what we are all supposed to have done.

    I paid my office rent early this month, there was no reason to wait, I'm sure I would have heard from them if I decided to skip it.

    I do know someone that paused their mortgage for 3 months. didnt know that was possible.

    For one I don’t think you know what the word paraphrase means. You interpreted the letter you didn’t paraphrase it. The dates from the initial evictions and lawsuits are from far before any Governor’s Executive Order to shutdown. These evictions are for long overdue nonpayments of rent.

    Secondly I can edit any company heading on a letterhead. You still can’t wheel out a cart full of groceries from Walmart without paying for them, you still can’t pump gas in not your vehicle without prepaying for it, you still have to pay you utilities and wireless service to avoid termination.
