7.5? that's either a high risk mortgage or someone was way overdue for a refi. but yes it adds up quickly, adds payments on the back end.

for some its probably the only option, you do what you gotta do + cut back on expenditures.

I saw that... The OP completely overlooked the letter, or can't comprehend the words in it. The letter looks bunk to me as it is, because I've rented three times in the past and anytime the renter or apartment manager sent a letter out, it was signed by the owner or manager. You'd think this letter at least said "Thanks, Management" or something.

That's the going interest rate for a manufactured home. Either that or 5%. I can't remember, it's been several years since I was in the home building business and learned about it.

also not a fan of the letter being posted on a public forum with contact info published, that will just encourage crazy lefties to flood them with calls because they live for opportunities like this for harrassment.

assuming it's legit, its likely that thousands of similar letters went out to remind people of their obligations and of course the options for assistance.

5% a few years back would be pretty close, I did a refi back 2011 or so and it was 4.7 and I think I was at 6.5ish at the time, i forget exactly.

I haven't refi'd again because closing costs offset the savings of 1% interest, and my balance isnt that high, I did the math and figured it was better to just keep paying extra.

Bingo. And you'll probably see Yahoo, MSNBC, CNN, and other anti-Trump people running this like it's the latest string of terrible news.

Where did I go wrong? Stop making your payment/fixed rent and see who comes to take it from you ;) It's just semantics is all, until that last payment is made and the deed is in your safe then you're actually not the owner till then!

Odd that you would contest that? ¯\_(º¸º)_/¯

Apparently not. Maybe they want the landlord to do it for them?

Bet if they sell that I-Phone 10 that it would give them most of the rent.

Most leases include you signing that all costs to get you out, you are liable for.

MOST small businesses have told THEIR landlords they will stiff them. And ask to not pay rent or get it reduced. So, you right wingers only come down on residential renters, without acknowledging the bigger renters.

I haven't read the whole thread yet so if this has been stated already....oh well.

In any case, the Dems made sure that no one in the Trump family and their businesses would get any of the money. So you're point here is moot.

LINK:Trump-Owned Companies Banned From Virus Aid in Stimulus Bill[/quote]

But then I'm sure that you knew that since it was a huge deal among Trump haters but ignored it just to spread more hate.

Of course....but what does that have to do with your link that in no way has to do with the speed of an eviction?

Obviously if you sign a lease and break it, just like any other contract, you are opening yourself to having to pay damages

Trump got rid of oversight, so sure Trump and his family will profit off the stimulus nicely

Really got proof most are doing that? Seems a lot are taking advantage of the GOP the Paycheck Protection Program. If they pay their rent, the loan is forgiven. Wildly successful so far
