that they will NOT vote for Judge Kavanaugh as their Inspirational
Leader Chuckie Boy Schumer pledged to OPPOSE This Noiminee
" with everything I've got ". So this is in pig scum keeping with how
he ran around in Obama's 2nd term using the words " Extremist " and
" Obstructionist " to define his opposition { the GOP }.
We are learning that Dr.Ford's lawyer { Debra Katz } is a
Resist this President activist.
Last night's 11th hour { in the last hour before 10 pm deadline }
This Dr.Ford { More like Dr.Jekyl } had this Liberal " resist the President "
Activist ask for an additional day to decide if or not to appear.
I figured out Psycholigically why they { Dr.Ford and partner }
decided to wait to the last hour and ask for another day.

he and his old white men are " Threatening " and " Bulllying " this
accuser.
Plus no where in legal jurisprudence is an Accuser allowed to follow

as a Democrat weapon to tarnish and besmirch the reputation of
Brett Kavanaugh and also NOW to Delay the Nomination vote as long
as possible.The Dems are using this woman as a Campaign event and
Political event and This Ford and her Liberal activist lawyers are
working WITH the Democrats.Ironically to do as They accuse Charles
Grassley of doing.To " Bully ". To Bully all those republicans on the
Judiciary Committee into meeting their ridiculous demands or else.

 

As I've explained and will attempt to explain again.This Senate Judiciary
Committee which is run and chaired by the GOP has to have a Judiciary
Committee vote in order to move the Kavanaugh Nomination to the
Senate Floor for a full vote.Which takes a simple Majority.
Since Harry Reid made the choice of a simple majority { 51 will pass }
or the Filibuster rule in voting for lower court appointments.
If Reid never pulled that stunt than it would take *60 votes in order to
confirm a Supreme Court Nominee.The V.P. { Mike Pence } as the
official president of the Senate could break a 50-50 { full senate voting }
tie with a vote himself,making 51.
The Senate Judiciary Committee has 11 Republican and 10 Democrats
as members.Meaning that if just one Republican { Namely at this time
Senator Jeff Flake of Arizona } decided to vote Nay or Present the Confirmation
vote for Kavanaugh cannot move forward to a full senate floor vote.
Flake has already stated he needs to hear from this accuser on at least
2 occasions when asked.That is why Chairman Grassley is in a bind.He HAD
to accommodate and be as polite as possible to this Accuser { Dr.Ford }
Grassley had no choice.He couldn't gamble on Jeff Fake voting Yay to
Move the Kavanaugh Confirmation vote forward.Since Jeff Flake
is a Committed Anti-Trumper.
