I’m sorry anyone was attacked or injured during the Jan 6 protest at the Capital Building. But s this a good more for the Capital Police officer? I don’t think so, the 6 or 7 viewers CNN has left won’t be much of an audience for him. No one will even know he exists.

“Michael Fanone, the District of Columbia police officer who was dragged into a mob and beaten by rioters during the U.S. Capitol attack last January, has resigned from the force and will take a job with CNN.”

Being an ex cop I suspect it's not so much that he wants to work for CNN. I guess he's had it with police work and welcomes the fact that there is an employer willing to give him a chance at a second career.
