no one is going to kick out the DACA people so there's no need to negotiate them into the issue, I can't begin to imagine the economic fallout if 800,000 dreamers many of them college educated and taxpayers were to be removed from the economy...economic suicide/recession trigger
What's the process for them applying for citizenship? Didn't you in another thread say that instant citizenship was not what the Democrats have demanded?
You REALLY need to get up to speed, a wall across the ENTIRE southern border has NOT been the issue for months. Some form of barrier in strategic locations is what is on the table.
Green card for five years and if they have been working and have not committed a crime apply for citizenship like anyone else. No chain migration and no more lotteries.
No. No one who enters the country illegally for any reason ever gets to vote or hold a government job. There has to be some reward for following the rules.
