Oh yeah, it is just a trivial oversight that the NIST cannot specify the total amount of concrete in the towers in 10,000 pages. But then they did it for the steel. Didn't the steel have to hold up the concrete? Then how did they figure out how much steel to use and how to distribute it back in the 60s without knowing all about the concrete? psik
