David Hogg was not at school on day of shooting.

I would if the music student was rushing towards an active shooter, beating even the cops in getting on campus.

Hogg was IN the school during the shooting. IN a locked-down classroom.
He is on video coming OUT OF the school with the other students.

He wasn't LET out of the classroom until the shooter was dead.
He returned to school AFTER being sent home.

I'm not questioning if he was there I'm questioning why after it happened after he witnessed the event why was he questioning it being a mass shooting it doesn't make any sense
I was hoping someone any one can put what he said in the CBS interview in context so to understand why he said what he said

The active shooter had already been arrested by the time Hogg had even gotten out of the school and had been arrested for hours by the time Hogg came back to the campus with his camera.

B. He was not involved in the actual shooting scene, and like many of the students, he was operating off rumor at the time they were let out of the classroom and sent home. So he returned with camera to get the story. As I said, he is interested in journalism.

This doesn't have to be some grand conspiracy. The simple answer is usually the right answer.

Spreading false rumors about these kids is going to get one of them killed.

Well this is wonderful - you are arguing that it is questionable that Hogg was in school by using his video of him IN school listening to the shots from the shooting as some kind of proof that he may not have been IN school.

Think about it for a moment. He - according to your admission and research - knew that there was a mass shooting event. So why make that statement as a declaratory judgment that he knew there could not be another mass shooting? It makes no sense. But if you think of it as, "oh my god, I can't believe this is happening," type of statement out of disbelief, then it makes perfect sense.
