I would love to see it. My disdain for both major parties is about as high as it gets. I'm tired of them not working together for the good of the country. Tired of seeing both work only for the good of their party. The problem is in a two party system like ours, the odds of a viable third party is slim to none. Even though 57% of Americans say a viable third party is needed.

Both major parties have forgotten they represent the people of their district and their state. You see time and time again Representatives and Senators voting against the wishes of those they supposedly represent in favor of their party's stance on whatever issue.

 

That could be true. They know Trump has been stuck near the 40% mark in his job approval along with his national favorable rating. The Democrats know quite a lot of independents who voted for Trump against Hillary turned around and voted for their congressional candidates 2018.

What we don't know is whom the Democrats will nominate. If they nominate another Hillary Clinton type candidates, that could screw up their plans and once again having independents voting against their candidate instead of for their candidate. Time will tell.

 

We have pretty good estimates based on well-known and respected metrics. When someone says "more or less" they mean reasonable additions, not just Trump-like adding as many millions as you need to support your argument.

The amendment process is difficult

Liberals have gotten lazy and grown used to just letting 5 unelected black robes change the highest law by liberal judicial decree

For a while the political balance will keep the country in stalemate

Meaning neither side will have enough votes to overpower the other

So we are in for a miserable future

That picture tells us two things

We need to change the law to deport every person that comes across beyond an authorized checkpoint

And then we need to station troops to apprehend the illegals as they get here

 

Are you “fer” respect for the law or “agin’?”

 

The Amendment process is difficult for a reason

And part of that reason is why we have and respect our "black robes"

 

I think it's very easy for hypocrites to cite very high sounding reasons for the lowest type of bigotry. Law deserves respect when it promotes justice, which it always should.

 

Are you willing to write off the next two years while the democrats plan their victory celibration?

 

And after that we need to find out how just how difficult it is to swim around the end of that fence.

 

And when in your narrow opinion the law does not “promote justice?”

 

It leads to a lack of respect for black robes when they bypass the amendment process by simply dictating a new constitutional right

 

I dont think they can easily scamper up the wall

It takes time and effort

I also notice they are not challenging the concertina wire mano a mano

Which tells me we need more of it everywhere

 

The wall assists our Border Patrol and active duty military to apprehend the alien intruders

 

They will destroy America if thats what it takes to get trump

And may do it anyway just for fun or out of habit

 

It will be too difficult for the women and kids

And probably not easy for the gangbangers carrying illegal drugs

I don't know. I think that depends on the individual circumstances, among other things. Isn't that a main reason we have trials?

Our specific rights are clearly laid out in the Declaration and they are few but they are also very inviolate. Rights which promote and enable these stated rights can be many as they are often dictated by circumstance but they are as sacrosanct as the originals

 

We have trials to determine if someone broke the law

But you seem to imply that obeying the law is optional

 

Our rights are enumerated in the Bill of Rights

and any new rights discovered by activist liberal judges without bothering with the amendment process
