So an 85 year old woman lives in a house she most likely lived in for decades, and as the value of the house increased so did her tax bill and now she can't afford it. So the best idea this democrat can come up with is finding a way to get her out of the house. Nice. This woman probably paid property taxes for years, meanwhile, illegals, which I doubt this guy has a problem with, cost far more money to the state than they contribute. And the left will repeatedly tell you it's conservatives who are heartless.
Gov. Cuomo (D) NY wants to change the constitution so it's obligation to fund pensions is changed. So yeah, Democrats aren't the bleeding hearts they say they are. They only are when it's convenient like say, election time? Or when a Republican they don't like makes a new policy...
What a pompous ass! To him, it's all about maximum tax dollar per resident. These people owe the government the most they can get according to this moron. It doesn't matter if they have owned the place for 50 years or not. I hope he ends up penniless in a nursing home that he created and forced people into. Theft by taxation.
Use the taxpayer until they can't pay anymore and then boot them out to make way for a new, rich tax payer to take their place. Well at least it's fiscally responsible. Isn't there some nursing home or slum neighborhood where they can go instead???
