If you actually believe what you say, you are free to ignore the popular consensus when you do not share it. That does not alter the popular consensus, nor the right to take note of it in public surveys.

It was President Obama who was the first president to sign into a law his ability to have any American anywhere summarily and secretly assassinated. Please link to your threads complaining of this.

You clearly do not like the consensus expressed in domestic and international surveys concerning Trump.

    That is your right.

There are some who argue that Trump is doing a great job because the economy is doing great. That is a false premise.

Trump has done very little to stimulate the economy other than sign a handful of EO's that can be rescinded by a signature. He signed a tax reform bill written entirely by Congress with little or no input from him other than cheering. The tax reform bill will add a minimum of $1.6 trillion to the National Debt. There has been no other major legislation signed by Trump to stimulate the economy. In fact, the tax reform bill is the only piece of major legislation signed by Trump. By far, that is the worst legislative record in American Presidential history.

Wall Street and CEO's love the Republican Party because there are less restrictions during a GOP reign. This would account for the fact that, following the November 2016 elections won by the GOP, the stock market took off two and a half months before Trump took office. During the week of Trump's incomprehensible s**thole statement, the White House was in chaos and on the defensive. The stock market set a record every day that week! In fact, there have been several weeks of incomprehensible blurbs from Trump -- we just experienced another one -- and, except for a few days of correction, the stock market continues to climb. The economy is doing great despite Trump, not because of him.

Actually, Obama with several legislative accomplishments to relieve the effects of the Great Recession, along with 76 straight months of job growth, in eight years has more to do with the rising economy than Trump and his 13 months. This is even more true when one realizes Obama inherited the worst economic disaster since the Great Depression.

Ironically, the two worst economic disasters in our nation's history occurred during Republican administrations, the Great Depression and the Great Recession. Recovery took place during Democratic administrations.

There is a price to pay for the loosening of regulations and that has as much to do with climate change as it does economic history.

Trump needs to take credit for an economy that had been steadily improving for nearly eight years before he took office. Presidents always get more credit or blame for the state of the economy, of course. As you note,"The tax reform bill will add a minimum of $1.6 trillion to the National Debt." It sounds as if the discredited dogma that Brownback inflicted on Kansas with his disastrous "Red State Model" is still afoot.

What ever happened to all those fiscal conservatives that once thrived in the GOP and advocated against freeloading off the grandkids?

Sounds like these foreign democracies are trying to meddle in US politics, influence US voters, and sow division. Bob Mueller prosecutes political dissent doggedly, and around the globe. If these saboteurs aren't carefull, it'll be the firing squad, or noose that silences them. Mueller the new grand inquisitor is on a crusade. Dissent isn't tolerated.

ah ... that wasn't the reason, exactly. they liked Barry because he was a well behaved (ostensibly, but not really) little pony. made 'em feel like somehow they were personally responsible for letting the pets play grown ups.

Trump's predecessor was elected with over 51% of the popular vote twice, and completed his tow terms with 58% approval, but if you need to divert your attention to bygone days and pretend otherwise, I understand.

Look at the percent of white non-hispanic murder rate in the US and compare it to England (which has many minorities). You will find it much higher in the US. But blaming blacks and immigrants works I guess.

Trump's admiration of thugs is something that I suspect his cult celebrates.

Whether you dream about him is your business. He was far more popular by any empirical index.

The Trump cult is very upset that most folks consistently disapprove of him.

Hard to believe but the buffoon has ceded leadership of the free world to - Angela Merkel of Germany....who is a far better leader, in every way, than the pathologically lying clown currently residing in the White House. All other democratic nations will just "wait it out" until Trump / Pence are gone and, once again, adults are elected to the positions of POTUS and VPOTUS........

My only side is a detestation of lying bullies and their made-up 'facts'.
The British people detested slavery, which was illegal in the UK, and abolished first the stinking trade then colonial slavery long before the racist nutters even thought of it. Pity you allowed your slave-owning masters to brainwash you with their sick 'independence' under France.
