Democrats have forgotten how to wield minority power effectively

The funny truism about American Politics(so much as it can be called a system) is that Republicans ironically are far more effective as a minority power than as a majority power, and the vice versa holds opposite as well.

As a majority, Democrats can cram in their ideological programs(none of these programs have ever worked as Stressel pointed out) because if they did, we would've had a similar longstanding majority as 1954-1992. But the reality of those times is that it was presumed to have worked, not that it actually did. In reality, these programs were slow to start but quick to be counterproductive to the nation's interests.

But as a minority? That is, to present opposition to something as opposed to actually cramming something down someone's throat? As we've all lived through, that is not their strongest suit.

So they govern as a minority the same way they do as a majority: Forcing things down people's throats. Only the issue with that is that the majority always has the power to simply ignore the minority. They call this 'silencing' them, but the truth of the matter in political contests is that if you don't have the numbers, you don't have the voice. Plain and simple.

This is always the most difficult position for a minority member to be in. I should know as a Fascist-Technocrat, I'm not even a minority more like a super minority. So, what should a minority member do, when faced with superior numbers?

Well, in multi-party systems, this minority group has the important factor in that without his votes, neither major party has a majority and so the minority group has some say and some leverage. And while we don't have a multi-party system(we all yearn and long for the day), the Democrats as a minority have say and leverage.

Since they own the House, but not the Senate any Republican initiatives have to go through a Democratic House. What does this mean? Well, with a shrewd and able strategist(hint: Pelosi isn't), you could get Republicans to water down several of their bills significantly in order to pass the democratic majority. Because the Republican minority needs to show its own prowess to its voting base.

But it's not just watering down Republican bills that you don't like. You could even add some Republican ideas to your bills(which might not make it ultra liberal) but will virtually guarantee passage in McConnell's Senate.

There's plenty of leverage a sizable minority has in order to assure its agenda is passed, even when faced with a 'party of no'. Republicans understand this a MILLION times better than Democrats.

So why do Republicans(generally) struggle with majority power? It's all about the plank of conservatism(which we Nationalists/Syndicalists exploited to drive a wedge inside of the party). Conservatism isn't necessarily "do nothing",but rather "stay the course". Stay with what works and don't try to do something people might want but might not necessarily be effective.

It's not draconian, evil, hitlerian, etc as Democrats love to advertise every four years. It's actually rather pragmatic and boring. But it also doesn't work in the current political climate(I don't mean simply a 'Trump era'. I'm actually referring to the last 40-50 years.)

When Nationalists had injected the fresh philosophy(otherwise known here in America as Pax-Americana or Paleoconservatives.) into political prominence, the Republicans had finally moved into the 21st century. That is to say: The Republican Party finally got around to addressing the nation's needs and wants(Democrats will logically oppose how they've done this. Fine, but at least acknowledge they got off their asses.)

It would have been a really special thing if Democrats had used the power of the minority to join the majority and propel the government, instead of resistance. I could go on about our political history, but I'll end with this:

Dear Democrats, if you lose in 2020 you didn't lose to Russia, no one 'interfered' with the election. As a minority, you had FOUR years to cultivate a message, you had four years to force tough votes.

But you didn't. You think this force on the streets is actually effective, persuasive even(ROFL.)

There's a reason why I as a Fascist-Technocrat reject the violence aspect of the movement. And I profess that even Mussolini would reject it today. For the simple fact that you can't rebuild the nation so easily or quickly from violence, nor can you persuade the masses to support you instead of fearing you(those are two different things.)

The reason why force was used in the 19th-20th centuries, is that even though they feared you once you usurped political power, that fear turned into intimidation and 'tacit' support as they'd call it.

No one fears your violent mob of BLM and anarchists. We actually hate them and what they've done. No one thinks you're standing for a righteous cause of some oppression either, actually that's a whole another post: Why you're campaigning as though you're in 1965.(Bussing, really, BUSSING?)

Because Trump is Trump, there's a chance. But if Trump were anyone else, Biden would've been Mondaled out of here.

Then there's the fact that even if you do win, you called the federal officers stormtroopers, you literally disenfranchised the government you might wield, causing even more distrust by the American Voter. While highlighting the coronavirus(while also lambasting Trump's "not so effective" travel ban, but it couldn't have been more effective because Trump, ironically enough is more sensitive to political perception than anyone else(this also could've been used to the Democrats advantage legislatively but you were too busy resisting.)

You're also the same group that said: "Trump could poison us, WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!" Yeah, now when Biden comes in do you think that goes away? Hell no, warp speed was Trump's daddy and you told us that we'll die if we take it.

Now, let me be clear: I will take it when it comes out. Because I trust in the information by Centerfielder, a medical expert in the field. And I'm not going to act as though every agency and every person in the federal government has some evil Hitlerian intention.

But there are many who will feel otherwise, and you in your resistance enabled that and supported it. Worse than Trump, it literally sets us back. This reminds everyone of the old saying: Two wrongs don't make a right. And so now Biden would have inherited a discredited government, one of his party's own making.

I used to think conspiracy theories were fun little things. The democrats have embraced them at tragic levels.

Those days will be coming to an end if Dems learn to use their power as the permanent majority in the US.
