Records at the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois list her status as “voluntarily inactive and not authorized to practice law.”

It further states that Michelle license is “on court ordered inactive status.”

The statement has many bloggers wondering why a court would issue an order to stop Michelle Obama from practicing law, and some have even suggested the first lady may have been facing allegations of misconduct.

'The Intercept' founder Glenn Greenwald joins FNC's Tucker Carlson to discuss a piece he wrote arguing that the Democratic Party has "collapsed."


He pointed to the losses Democrats have had in Congress, governorshps, and state-level elections and said the party was doubling down on past mistakes. He also noted that Republicans were one state house away from being able to pass a constitutional amendment. Greenwald said: "They are one statehouse away from enabling the Republilcans to call a constitutional convention by itself... So it is a party that has collapsed as a national political force in the U.S."

Why won't Democrats confess that the ACA is lousy law. So lousy that but for Justice Roberts, it would not be the law? Roberts took liberties for it to be law.

He told the Congress that when they say penalty, that is not what they really mean. So he decided to name it a tax.

Can you recall another law where the penalty is called a tax?

Check it out. Prior to the law, Obama bleated like some sick lamb that 60 million Americans had no health insurance.
He threatened them all with very heavy fines. Thanks to Democrats, those fines remain in place. Punishing the very people Democrats allege to help. That is like giving money to schools and punishing the teachers for the kids not showing up.

Today, 20 million by Democrats count have no insurance. Even your threats did not solve the problem. Democrats only claim they collected up 20 million in their dragnet.
