    Pelosi is the new speakuh...
    The impeachment is underway...
Beginning of the end of a Russian dream...

Washington (CNN)Democrats will win control of the House of Representatives in Tuesday's 2018 midterm elections, CNN projects.

The outcome is a significant victory for Democrats after the party was locked out of power in Washington following the 2016 presidential election. It deals a major blow to Republicans who will lose their majority in the lower chamber and is a significant setback for President Donald Trump's agenda in Congress.

Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi celebrated the win on Tuesday night at an event in Washington, DC. "Women and men mobilized in historic numbers who saw what this GOP Congress was doing and refused to stand still," Pelosi said, adding, "Tomorrow will be a new day in America."

A boy and his dreams. Good luck with getting 2/3rds of the Senate to agree with that.

You'll never see impeachment but it's going to be interesting watching trump's reaction. Realize he has never (key word is never) had to answer to any one in his life and that has come to a screeching halt. Trump will be impotent for the next two years of his life.

I wouldn't be surprised to see several crises that may force democrats to accept Trump policies.

If you know what I mean.

Impeachment is not needed and unlikely, this has pretty much eliminated the ability of Trump to do more damage to our Constitution, prevented further SCOTUS stacking and opened the door for Mueller to begin his data release. Trump will be allowed to finish his term and then deal with the state/federal charges without office protections.

    Great plan.

Take the house and obstruct government instead of drafting legislation and doing their jobs.

When can we expect the first bill to hit the floor for a vote in the Democrat majority House?

Next two years will be Democrats trying to dig up anything on Trump, even if Trump wants to move forward with an infrastructure project I think the Dems will be more interested in revenge. So basically nothing will get done for two years.

But maybe Trump can broker some deals with the Democrats and marvelous things will happen, one can only hope.

We are very certain that Trump will blame any crisis that occurs on someone else. He is a narcissist after all.

I have news for you, the Republican control of the Senate is even greater now that they gained seats - to the Democrats chagrin. I loved watching their faces on TV, they looked as sad as they did when Clinton lost and Trump won the presidential election.

I would love to have seen Soros' face knowing that his money wasn't able to buy the nation the way he did with Obama. I read that Trump gave the seat to Pelosi to infuriate the Democrats.

Blaming a crisis on someone else.

Always back to a comparison with Obama and Hillary. Since you guys hated Obama I guess you hate Trump as well since you claim his behavior is equivalent.

Not Trump, it's the country that might be impotent for the next two years. But it's been impotent from the time Trump was elected anyway because of the harassment of the deep state - which includes the think tanks/lobbyists. Let's just say 'democracy' died when Trump was elected, and the tyrannical left refused to accept the will of the people.

You guys get so offended when we bring up our last President...yet you spent all of Obama's years blaming the President before him.

You can dish it but you can't take it

New York voters must LOVE illegals and hate Marcus "Mini Me" Molinaro because they reelected Chris Cuomo and Kirsten Gilbrand. New York will forever be a Communist haven where seditious persons seek refuge and obtain it.:cynic::police:

That stupid slogan assumes America hasn't always been great. Just our narcissistic President trying to get credit for something for which he had no actual responsibility.

No the fact that Bush started the phony war in Iraq and had a recession on his watch is not blaming Bush. They are facts.

No need to impeach. He is already a lame duck and was even before yesterday.

And Obama expanded the hell out of the Drone program and slaughtered countless civilians.

Stop getting so upset when those truths are brought up.

    "Countless"

Actually, only if you can't count to 324. ;)

And no, that is not an excuse or a justification.

Well he had two choices. Keep Bush's drone program, or expand it. He couldn't get rid of it obviously as he would have lost all support from anyone who remembers 9/11.
