Is anybody else having to provide documentation of their dependents for employer provided healthcare? I have to provide the first page of my Income tax return, marriage license, and birth certificates for my sons in order to keep my health insurance. For me, it's not a big deal--I have all of that documentation easily available, but I can see how it could be problematic for someone who has moved a lot and lost, for example, their marriage license. Is this an ACA requirement?
