No crime, just corruption. The problem is not Florida's. It belongs to federal government.

Well first, all your arguments are federal law meaning Desantis still wouldn't have jurisdiction, and second, there is no legal right to even have the police protect you unless you are in their custody, so there is naturally no legal right to claim that FEMA folks, in whose custody you are not, owe you some duty as a matter of right. Yes it was a horrible optic and a horrible policy, but making up crap with linguistics and then using that as a basis of prosecuting people is even worse, and why Trump is now a convicted felon.

It's also why he's the president elect again, because of BS hyper-partisan nonsense like this. Remember that!

That's a lie. I've already cited the law she violated. It is a violation for her not to provide equal protection.

Actually it may even be a death penalty case if there is evidence that her violation of civil rights was intended to or actually did put lives in jeopardy.

I would say that giving orders to let 20+ families potentially rot and die (including their kids) because of how they voted is 100% death penalty worthy. That's 20+ counts of attempted MURDER

Nope that would be Republicans in blue cities. That would also be a violation of your civil rights, your party affiliation should have no more to do with whether your ass gets rescued than your skin color..

No such statement was ever made. What they were told was that there help was not currently needed and when it was they would call them.

2 pages of word salad about a FEMA executive stupidly telling FEMA employees not to offer aid to anyone with a Trump sign in their yard.
    Not a crime?
Yes, yes it is, it is denial of service based on political games and violates FEC laws about government employees influencing votes.
    Not a big deal?
Oh yes, yes it is. When the government discriminates based on political party, that's a huge deal.

    Go get em governor DeSantis.
