By "libertarian" you mean Leftist. Libertarians don't believe in using the law to impose one's self on others, especially in the gross, sexual, perverted way that you suggest.

 

I'm right there with you. I don't allow the Left to dictate gender pronouns, calling a boy "her" and "she" because he's messed up in the head. It used to be people had good sense and when somebody felt they were the opposite sex, they received psychological intervention, not accommodation for their mental illness. But we're just so much "wiser" now.

 

I'm in a career based on accommodations within education.... crap like this is why the average cost per student is astronomical compared to results.


This entire case, and the case where the 6 yo's parents sued the district, costs money and that is averaged in cost per student.... and yet... not one bit of the money spent dealing with this crap, has improved the quality of education for the students served.

 

Seems only with sex do they do this, which is quite telling.

The guy who feels he is Superman, doesnt get a phonebooth in the school to change, and a shiny red cape. He gets meds, and probably locked up for some observation before he tries to fly.

The Woman who feels she's half a Dozen different people doesnt get 6 ID Cards.

The teenager who feels he's 21 doesn't get to buy booze...etc etc.

But base it around Sexuality, and the Left is right onboard. Ignoring the obvious facts that no, HE is not a Female. To them HE's a girl now...because HE feels like it.

and that's a cultural and policy issue. By removing control and the money away from towns/cities, it desensitizes people to all of the silly little things and also the true role of a school. They don't realize that pushing for a boy to be treated like a girl and to train people takes money away from education. You and your child have severe issues and the school is not the place to help you.

I say put accountability right back in the laps of the local and state govt including funding and mandates. If you think your town has rotten schools, then either move or work to fix them. If you think that building extra bathrooms and showers for a mentally unstable child is a good thing, then ask the homeowners for the money

In my opinion, the easiest solution to this would be, you use the facilities that agree with the anatomy you were born with. No subjectiveness. No gaming the system.

 

Libertarians like myself are less liberal than conservatives like yourself, you support big government. And nothing I said is perverted. Get over the sexual hysteria, and stop trying to legislate morality concerning other people's bodies, your party might get more votes if you follow my advice. Your policies are more leftist than any libertarian and are far more closer to liberal.

 

There are more important things to worry about than a kid's body image or concept and trying to force him or her to dress or go to the bathroom a certain way. Who the hell cares.

Republicans keep losing elections because they try to legislate morality whether its porn, marriage, gender issues, or what one puts in ones body.

 

And yes republicans or 'conservatives' like yourself do support big government, only for different purposes than the democrats. Libertarians are for personal freedom and liberty, we are anti-theocracy and anti-socialist at the same time.

 

My big problem with libertarianism is there seems to be no way to address grievances against a harassing neighbor.

Plus I don't support a fully free market place. I believe there needs to be protections for both the consumer and the business, otherwise, we'll end up with petty tyrants trying to bully people into submission so they can get richer and richer, just like what we had in the 1800s, which led to the rise of the now corrupt labor unions.

 

Exactly. When my daughter's privacy can be violated by another boy exerting his "rights" then something is seriously amiss. I have rights and so does my daughter and we're not violating anybody else's rights by insisting that boys stay out of the girls bathroom and use their own.
