I can see why you would think that way.......
but our circumstances are extreme because the mega wealthy create Derivatives
rather like poker chips to play the markets........
The USA Derivatives market was two hundred and ten trillion in 2017
and the worldwide Derivatives market was seven hundred and ten trillion back in 2014.....
A huge dose of optimism may be one of the only valid responses to that has been set up
    since 2008.

I do believe that President Trump and his team are doing a great job of dealing with this crisis since January of 2017 but I think that it is a good thing if more G.O.P. supporters get ready to support a rather drastic response to the mess that has been created.

An unconditional income supplement would tend to break the poor out of their relative slavery to excessive taxation and compound interest owing that is increasing so rapidly.

We are not very likely to institute a Jubilee year... so this is one of the only alternatives that could work mathematically but..... I must stress.... it would need to be done in the same way that President Lincoln did it or it really would not be successful.

Let's look at this from another angle.....
if this guy Pastor David Wilkerson was the real deal....
who had some sort of genuine visionary experience back in 1973 THEN.....
how can the stage be set for something this extreme to occur????

Could a real estate boom plus better Fed policy pay off USA national debt?
Have you ever listened to the following forty six minute lecture by Mr. Jim Rickards?

I've listened to it perhaps ten times already because I do believe that he is basically correct and
our situation is very serious....... and we have to do something DIFFERENT from what President Obama
did from 2009 - 2014 when this video was produced!

    FORGET IRAN, IRAQ, UKRAINE
    THIS IS WHERE WWIII STARTS...

I remember what kind of country we were in 1973, Dennis, because I was very much alive then.

But here we are in 2019... with a population approaching 330 million. In 1973, the population of this country was 212 million. As you see, that's a skyrocketing increase of over 50%.

Even more significant, look at the kind of people we are today. Do you imagine that anybody over 50 can do heavy-duty, physical FARMING labor needed to provide for themselves? Do you imagine that anybody under 50 can put down their phone-toys long enough to actually do anything, even if they knew how to do anything useful...?

Honestly, I don't know of anywhere in the U. S. today where you could really make all these 'living-off-the-grid', 'grow-your-own-food' dreams could become reality, except maybe the far backwoods of Alaska. And to do that you'd not only better be able to grow food from start to finish in no more than 116 days, but you'd better be able to be an expert hunter (complete with all the weapons and ammuntion), in addition to being your own doctor, dentist, mechanic, construction expert, etc.

In short, it might have worked in 1973, but I don't see it working for many people today....

Actually..... I am of the belief that some SHOCKING developments are about to be made in health care that will make it possible for somebody sixty like myself to be able to get back into much more strenuous work than I have been doing this last decade......

(of course I could be wrong as well..... but I do suspect that)......

    Dr. Ahrens.. Emulin????

I've seen health fads come and go over the decades. I swear by large doses of Vitamin B-complex, and at least 2 grams of Vitamin C every day. If I appear to be coming down with a cold, I may take as much as 8 grams of Vitamin C in one day. I take other things, but I won't 'proselytize' about them here.

Back in the early 1990's I went through some health problems and Stress caps, (B complex plus C) was one of the remedies that I tried. Within twenty four hours I felt a major improvement which I took to mean that I had been very deficient in B-complex and C.

Later on I found MSM, (1999) and I am so impressed that I have promoted it some on the health forum here. My impression after using MSM for twenty years is that every word that Stanley Jacob M. D. wrote about methyl suplonyl methane is true!

The stuff is low cost and is available even at Walmart so I am kind of hoping that eventually this stuff will be given more serious testing and I suspect will be found to be right up there with vitamin C for usefulness in assisting the body to fight several conditions....... notably perhaps pain?!

MSM... been using it for sixteen years.... great results!

I have the impression that IF President Trump has some sort of "Cyrus calling" on his life...... then the information on some of these low cost relatively natural remedies will come out during his administration which set in motion another level of meaning in:

    https://www.blueletterbible.org/kjv/isa/45/1/s_724001

Isa 45:13 "I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts."

So American Christians who may be captive to certain illnesses will be set free from this captivity during this Trump administration........IF.... Isaiah chapters forty two to forty six are to some degree being fulfilled at this time before our very eyes.

I do take MSM, with a mixture of chondroiton and glucosamine. The stuff that Costco sells works well for me.

I do believe so.... if the numbers given in the article on his Presidency by Melvin Sickler are basically accurate?

If Lincoln had a brush with bankruptcy.... .it would tend to increase his fear of getting America into too much debt and too high a level of compound interest owing over time!

So true...and a Basic Minimum Income financed in the same way as President Lincoln financed the Civil War..... seems to me to be the way to prevent The Bear Market that Biden and Trudeau's handlers who are passing them a script seem intent on driving our economy into!
