Trump Junior is worried that he might be indicted soon. Trump is in a bad mood because of this. What did they expect?

I know that illegal activities have been the bread and butter of the Trump family since the offset. They could get away with their illegal acts because the were "flying under the radar". What did they expect would happen if one of them became President?

And they managed to draw others in: Cohen, Manafort, Roger Stone, Flynn, Gates..... that they would be able to protect them. Trump did protect him for a little while. But how could they imagine that would last forever? And this should be a lesson for other Trump loyalists. Like Whitaker, He needs to be very careful about what he does, because Trump will not be the President forever.

rump Jr, Kushner, Ivanka... will likely see jail time. Prosecutors will spend years making them pay. More years than Trump will have the power to pardon them. And even though Trump himself will likely not be criminally charged while holding the presidency,, he is sure to be having many days in court after he is removed.

I can't even imagine what all these people were thinking! Did they actually believe that they could get away with it?

Time will tell if the would thing that could have happened to them was Trump becoming President. They could have gone on practically... forever.... with their criminal activity if they hadn't drawn this much attention to themselves.

Hopefully it will be one in which we can find some Republican somewhere who is willing to discuss the subject seriously. That doesn't happen often, but we need to keep tryiing...

Oh brother ... Veselnitskya and her Russian entourage haven't been indicted. Odd Mueller would allow the "Russian spies" to escape his "collusion" dragnet ain't it? Russiagate is stupid beyond words.

Donald jr is probably pretty safe. The vast majority of "indictments" so far have been for lying during the investigation. Aka no crime happened till the investigation started, and theres a strong argument to be made that was prosecutorial misconduct because the defendants only plead guilty because Mueller was going to destroy their lives if they didnt. Look at Flynn. We know the FBI agents who interviewed him didnt think he knowingly lied, and he only plead guilty after Mueller fincially ruined him. Manafort was over something a long time ago that at the time wasn't pursued.

You can see a pattern here. None of these have anything to do with collusion or Russia. What makes you think Mueller will suddenly have something on Donald jr? Or Ivanka? Seriously, what could he possibly have on Ivanka? Smart money is on Mueller releasing a report saying there was no evidence of collusion but blasts Trump and company for some trivia stuff. You're not going to get the indictments you want.

Zero chance Mueller does that ... same odds as (D)'s congress pulling their heads out of their collective ass.

    I don't know about that.

I thought Mueller figured out his "investigation" was dead when he indicted a dozen or so Russians he KNEW would never be brought to the U.S., but he continues with that BS.

In fact, it backfired on him because at least one Russian is going to fight it and make a fool of Mueller. Mueller is now in face-saving mode.

A serious discussion would require identifying some crime that someone has committed.

What subject, the several Ancient Aliens level fantasies in the OP?

This thread has no legitimate topic other than rank speculative conspiracy theories. No need for "discussion" when the OP doesn't invite anything remotely resembling "discussion."

In other words, it is on par with 90% of the RW "content" at this forum.

    Got it.

    Anyway, back on topic:

Of course, Trump Jr. feels above the law.

Having an Arrogant Tool (with no respect for the Law) as a Father, has rubbed off on him.

What specific law do you think he actually broke...?because it isn't illegal for Trump Jr to interfere with the elections and it isn't illegal for him to get dirt on Hillary even if it is from the' infamous Russians'.

This nonsense is the birther conspiracy on steroids. Nothing will come of it and the people will be sick of it by 2020. It happened in the 90s with Clinton. History repeating.

I see, so by that logic, since you support this junk thread, you support all other junk threads too. Not surprised.

Yes. Because the vast majority have signed plea deals with Mueller. They have confessed to much more serious crimes, but they are not indicted because Mueller is after "big game", And that includes Junior.

Manafort wouldn't sign a plea deal, he got slammed. He learned it's better to cooperate.

They will all see the inside of a prison. Including Trump. We might need to wait until he's out of office, but... he'll get there. Bad guys always lose.

"Suddenly"? I don't know about "suddenly" It's pretty clear that they have broken the law.

Seriously? I don't know what Mueller might have. But she has been breaking the law since the day she was appointed White House adviser.

You obviously get your news from right wingnut media. I know that because it's the only place where Trump colluding with Russia is even mentioned. It has never been of any relevance whatsoever anywhere else. I'm talking about Trump himself. Because collusion of his campaign with Russia is pretty clear. Heck! There are written confessions!

Whether Trump participated or even knew of the collusion... who knows... but that would be the least of his problems... .by far. Trump is likely to be on the hook for actions waaaay worse than just "colluding with Russia"

Is that all it takes? That shouldn't be a problem. I can almost hear all your colleges on the right shushing and screaming to their monitors: "Don't go there!"
