The British government bought the land in the early 1940s to build a military hospital but by 1947, Baragwanath ceased to operate as a military hospital and under the auspices of the Transvaal Provincial Administration a civilian hospital was opened with 480 beds.

The doctor patient ratio was 1: 330 for White people and 1: 91 000 for African.
That's how things went down in that nazi nation.

If SA wanted the same level of healthcare for the black people, than they would need well over 200 times more medics. Where do they come from? How do you pay them? Seems damn obvious SA is unable to do this, hence the level goes down. WAY down.

 

The hypocrisy is astounding, to this day the ANC have never been held responsible for the people they murdered during apartheid… 90% of the deaths were committed by the ANC.

The mainstream media refuse to report on any of the ANC’s crimes in western countries.

Since 1995 half a million people have died, and NO ONE is holding the ANC responsible.. WHY? The country is completely destroyed, health, transport, water, electricity… all of it is broken and on its last legs.

I refuse to be part of this emotionally fuelled false perception that Apartheid was evil. Because even with all its flaws, 13 % of land was expropriated from blacks… so including this flaw… this wrong. Apartheid kept civilisation functioning… a life support for millions of South Africans who now face a devastating future…. How are they better off…they are going to die… those who survive will live a life of immense suffering.

The truth is you people in the west simply don’t care… you’ve done your work, you saved South Africa from those evil whites who used to build hospitals and schools, build transport systems and other State owned enterprises, a world’s best electricity grid, provided clean water, fed 100 million people in Africa and enforced the law.

Don’t tell me blah blah but they didn’t share in the wealth… many did… and a growing number were doing so… despite your stupid ****ing sanctions that tried it’s best to sink the entire economy….show me equality in your own countries.
