I'm actually curious about Qanon beliefs and convictions and would like to know more.

I didn't post this in the Conspiracy theory forum because Qanon members, to my knowledge, don't consider their views to be conspiracy theories.

I used to follow Qanon in the early days. That was until the little old Christian lady I was listening to for Q stuff found out that the person behind it was the same person behind the John Titor (time traveler) stunt.

You can see an archive of Q posts here:

I've only heard bits and pieces. I think they're pretty much the same crowd as those that believe in the Chicago Pizza Gate.

To be honest, I'd never even heard of them, until there were news stories very critical against them.

    Maybe it's a specific Facebook/Twitter phenomena?

Everything I know about QAnon I learned from a banned member, Lesh. He claimed this post on monoclonal antibodies was QAnon based.
Here’s one place he claims my posts are based on QAnon.
I still don’t know much about QAnon, but nobody can provide evidence my posts aren’t based on sound science. QAnon sounds looney. My guess is QAnon is for the most part a strawman used in debate by folks like Lesh when they are incorrect and the facts showing their error can’t be disputed.

Great question and I hope that our modifiers do not construe this thread as trolling but as exploring their beliefs.

I have seen what appeared o be Trump fans going to a Trump rally carrying homemade signs saying something like "We Are Q". That was several months ago.

But lets wait for our resident Q's to speak up if there are any here and hopefully they will speak.

Everyone was fooled by Titor at least in conspiracy circles, of which I am a big part. As for this theory it started out in the old running conspiracy of group of rich individuals who secretly pull the strings, usually called the Bilderberg group but was quickly overtaken by the left and turned into some wacky theory about Satan and Kids. Those ignorant in conspiracies, particularly the younglings, ran with it because it was "their" new theory without first establishing any validity for it.

So in short, it's simply a different version of a well established theory the younger generation of theorists made up so they could have one of their own.

It is quite stupid and doesn't meet any of the qualifications to be a conspiracy theory.

Since Q conspiracy theories or projection said that Q is likely Trump and that he will "arrest" Lady Pilosi and Chucky Cheez Schummer for committing pedophile crimes and march them to their excutions how does that square with Q conspiracy being left wing?

I have heard about the Bildeburgers conspiracy stuff going back to the days when that conspiracy existed only on Short Wave radio then it migrated to late night talk shows with UFO Aliens abductions and cattle mutilations. i did not perceive it as left or even as right wind. I saw it as being out somewhere past the orbit of Pluto.

Thank you, your comments are interesting.

I go on 4chan almost as much as here and only saw them a few times. Admittedly I don't go on /pol at all, I'm afraid of viruses, the same reason I'm not on Twitter and Facebook either.

So if I understand the content above the first bolded statement is someone OUTING themselves as a BELIEVER in conspiracies.

Secondly who TF knew that there were QUALIFICATIONS for muddleheaded conspiracies?

Little wonder that Qanon has so many gullible followers.

    Sad!

My understanding of QAnon is it is centered on the illuminati being a group of pedophile Satanists who are running a global human trafficking market. They believe that Epstein was a part of this operation, and that Trump's friendship with Epstein was a part of an undercover to take down this operation.

It's one of those conspiracy theories that is in this weird area of being part satire and part genuine. I think some people promote it ironically, but are also appreciate using it as a means of demonizing their political opposition while glorifying their side

I'm not sure what Bilderberg conspiracy you are referring to specifically. I know that Bilderberg is an actual annual conference held between economists, politicians, and businessmen where they discuss political ideas. That much isn't a conspiracy theory, but many people who believe in the illuminati like to associate the Bilderberg conferences as a part of their operations. Now days people have backed away from using the term "illuminati" and have decided to go the more marketable term "deep state"

The Q conspiracy is not very coherent, the details of it are filled in with what anyone wants. The only commonality was that it is a group who's mission was to get rid of Trump.

When I say the left is involved here is what I mean. After Q started his posts on 4chan, and shortly thereafter on 8chan which is even more unbridled, the left media seized on it and started publishing articles on this being the result of crazy people. You can easily read articles in the Times or Post making fun of the satanic pedophiles trying to oust Trump.

The actual theory wasn't really about that but it was still in there just not the focus of the theory and that's where the problem arises. The main point of a secretive group controlling the balance of power to favor them is well known while this one simply attributes the group to be Satanists with no proof except one guy claiming it.

It's kinda like people wanted a new conspiracy and were looking for anything that resembled one.

The main theory we've been working on forever goes back to The Knights Templar and their establishment of banks to the groups that formed around the world to support them like the illumanati and the free masons and a bunch of others. There has been some very interesting discoveries in this a reach in the last couple of decades to.

Pay attention to a certain ring many famous people wear.

I don't know of anyone that gives any validity to Qanon though.

Actually it's the political Left's leadership and their leftist loyal media outlets trying to portray a peaceful -- if whacky -- fringe group as an EVIL and VIOLENT threat to this nation while they did absolutely nothing to halt their violent and hate-filled radical leftists intent upon rioting, looting, burning, mugging, and murdering inside Dem Party controlled cities for half a year. It was the Dem Party's leadership's "Look a squirrel!" attempt to shift the national focus from their violent radicals to something utterly meaningless.
