I've experienced things that point in that direction and I can't find any Earthly explanation for them. I don't necessarily believe in the supernatural, but, I also do not NOT believe either. I've seen too much with no logical explanation.
Interesting. I hope it wasn't too painful. Do you possess another's body to type for you or do you need no corporeal presence at all, being truly a "ghost in the machine"?
I don't have a strong opinion. Maybe. Probably most of them are not real. When I was a child I did see someone who could not have been there. As soon as I saw them, I ran quickly ran into another room to get something. It might only have been four seconds. As soon as I got back they were gone. I clearly remember seeing them, but it was in a dark area with not really any direct light, but still just enough light to see. The possibility that it might have been a ghost occurred to me. But that person was still alive. Without going into detail, there is no possibility that person could have actually been there. I was very anxious for that person to arrive home though, so maybe the anxiousness manifested as an illusion? I do wonder what would have happened if I had kept looking at the figure instead of quickly going to get something in the other room. But it was more than that. When I heard the garage door open, I realized that they were coming in. That is when I rushed to see them come in, and that is when I saw them. But then right after they disappeared the garage door was closed, meaning the garage door had never opened. There was no car there. And if the garage door had started opening and then closed, I would have heard it. There would have been a pause in the noise or it would have gone on longer. The most likely explanation is a trick in a child's brain. But this involves both hearing a noise of the garage opening, and then when going to see the person coming in, seeing the person, but both could not have happened. Obviously a little frightening. Who was that I saw? It could not have been just some random intruder because then I probably would have seen they looked different.
And rightly so, I don't base my life on Ghosts or a quantum human mind, but I don't scoff at them either.
