Do You Trust Female Judges As Any Male? No. Yes. Etc. Moi Across an immense, unguarded, ethereal border, Canadians, cool and unsympathetic, regard our America with envious eyes and slowly and surely draw their plans against us.
OH FOR GAWDSSAKE! The antiquated , sexist, misogynistic CRAP lingers into the 21st century …"women operate on emotions".... How many thousands of years do women have to prove they don't.? How many thousands of years of men causing chaos based on their testosterone driven FEELINGS do you need to prove THEY do?. If the President of the country hasn't shown clearly how a "man" operates off emotion then nothing can sway these people who live off their emotions rather than look at facts.
What?! You have been in front of so many judges you could form an opinion from that status???!!! LOL...
For your consideration "That's actually a tough question. Overall, generally speaking, in my opinion, more female judges would judge more based on their emotions and feelings instead of the law. Take the ACA, for example. It's not up to a judge to decide a case based on their thoughts and feelings or whether they thought the law would benefit Americans or not. They have to decide the cases based on the legal principles, even if they have to decide that something that would benefit Americans is actually unconstitutional. Their thoughts and feelings and even if the law would benefit Americans is totally and completely irrelevant. However, there are many female judges who could do this. I just believe they would be the lower percentage." Anonymous Author Could be Moi
A cold, clear, logical, analytical mind is to be highly-prized, no matter what the person's sexual 'plumbing' consists of.
@FoxHastings Men are as emotionnal than women, but on a global manner men and women tend to have differently wired brains. Considering the main topic, I got enough abusive and unfair female teacher to mistrust female authority on a global manner even if I got also some fair and just one. I globally have difficulties globally to trust judges, especially the left winged one as I suspect them to have more sympathy for people who do crimes than the actual victims. Clearly the main factor here isn't the gender of the judge to me, but it do play a role.
I can't even understand what gender has to do with the job. A judge either understands the law or doesn't. Women can do almost everything men can do. My dentist and family doctor are both women. They are good at what they do. I recommend both of them.
