What makes you say that he cannot answer questions cognitively? I have heard him, at numerous press conferences and after speeches, taking tough questions from the press, and replying with mental adroitness. I would add that, after so pissing off France that they removed their U.S. Ambassador-- for the Biden Administration's getting a lucrative contract for U.S. business (which I assume you support), while simultaneously enhancing our military counter-balance to China's naval forces in the Pacific (do you have a problem with our Australian allies having nuclear powered subs, instead of diesel?)-- Biden today called up Macron, and went far enough towards repairing the rift, that France will now be returning its ambassador.

Perhaps the cognition problem, you cite, lies at the other end of the communication.

Yup, I think the sub deal was actually a great move and I support full heartedly. However, they conducted the business in a manner that definitely was insulting to France. I also don’t think this was Biden’s call. I think this was a great move no one saw coming and I definitely tip my hat to who ever made the decision. I don’t think Biden has the cognitive ability to do this.

I also read about them making mends. I also think this wasn’t him. He literally can’t even speak to reporters, I’m positive he can’t speak to foreign leaders without following someone else’s advise.

I almost consider it worse if he is cognitively aware. The man has extraordinarily bad instincts, he’ll get us into disasters before he even recognizes it.

And who elected those people to perform the duties of the President? Where do they get the authority to act as the President? Is that how you think the government should operate.

I hope you're not under the impression that one man makes every decision that comes out of the White House.

I don't believe the Senate can do so, if the President is incapable then the 25th would kick in.

The one where facts, logic, reason and sanity matter.

Bonespurs was a terrible President, which is why Americans booted his large orange butt out of the WH. One term Presidents are rare, too.

Of course Biden, like every president, gets advice from others; that's a good thing. But he, no doubt, gets differing opinions from among his advisors, and it is his responsibility to make the ultimate calls. While you can think whatever you like, of course-- still, without any evidence for your theory, your saying that you are, "positive," of something, does not carry any weight. And, honestly, the idea that Biden is not, himself, speaking to other world leaders, so that there must be an international conspiracy, supporting the charade that Biden is in charge, sounds pretty crazy.

They both make Trump look like a self-dealing, incompetent criminal.

Wait--he did that pretty well on his own.

Historians agree--Trump was one of the worst Presidents of all time. :applause:

    https://www.businessinsider.com/his...ong-worst-presidents-us-history-c-span-2021-6

Former President Donald Trump, a former reality-TV star who's famously obsessed with ratings, is unlikely to appreciate C-SPAN's new survey of presidential leadership. Historians who participated in the survey ranked Trump among the worst US presidents.

Out of 44 presidents reviewed for the survey by 142 historians and professional observers of the presidency, Trump landed at 41st, the lowest ranking of any president in the past 150 years. The only presidents who ranked lower than Trump were Franklin Pierce, Andrew Johnson, and James Buchanan.

William Henry Harrison, who died 32 days into his presidency and had the shortest tenure of any commander in chief, ranked just above Trump.

This was the first time Trump was ranked in C-SPAN's survey, the fourth in a series. Since 2000, C-SPAN has surveyed historians at every change in a presidential administration.

So he's not even a puppet then, just sort of a mannequin with a presidential name tag on him.

O.K. after a long period of time, I gave you a chance. You just blew it. Why would immigrants come here because of "climate change" when we experience the exact same "climate change" here? Same planet....get it? Or is it because we have a stable government system founded by our systematical racist founders? Also we have a bunch of gimmees in the way of entitlements. "Climate change" is only a tool for globalist American Marxists. Covid being another tool introduced to us by Communist China!

The climate in Central America, if you were unaware of this, is different than that of our country. I did not say, naturally, that climate change was the only thing that brought immigrants, though that seems to be the ridiculous way you read my words (thanks a lot, for giving me the, "chance"). But it is known that the recent aberrations of weather have had very deleterious effects on growing crops in Central America. So, for subsistence farmers, this has been an ADDITIONAL spur towards emigration; it has INCREASED the number of immigrants (along with other factors, like gang violence, poverty, etc.). Hope that is clearer to you, now.

Word has it that Administrator Biden is the public face of President Obama's third term. Obama set this up as soon as he saw that Hillary had been defeated by Trump.

The most NAIVE USA President since 1960?

I was way, way, way off to think of President Obama as being naive!!!!!

That is not the correct word for how he actually thinks!

Biden’s cognitive ability is definitely in decline. Maybe that’s why we shouldn’t be electing old guys like him, and Trump.
