Does DeSantis deserves to be POTUS based on the following Covid Numbers?

Among all states;

a. Florida is currently 2nd highest for number of Covid infections per 1M pop.

Since the method of counting COVID deaths and testing for COVID cases changed once Biden took office, and states count things differently, I don't think your numbers are all that compelling.

I'd vote for him over Xi Talibiden. What's he done for COVID other than lie about things? He should have fired Fauci day one and been more forthcoming about a great many things.

In reference to Covid19. and before Florida’s Delta Wave, many Republicans on this site were chanting; “DeSantis did better than most States”

 

Florida is a train wreck regarding how COVID is being handled, can’t say I’m surprised, but no one should or shouldn’t be POTUS based on one issue.

 

DeSantis should be in JAIL for those numbers. Considering that most activities in Florida are outdoors, the numbers should be among the lowest in the country. The reasons we have such bad numbers are idiotic actions by the governor overreaching and enacting anti-mask and anti-vax mandates in schools.

And I don't even think these numbers are trustworthy. I think there is immense underreporting. Because the governor has done everything in his power to undermine accuracy in the numbers.

 

Florida, despite having one of the oldest populations in the country, has a completed case fatality rate of only 1.9%. This beats the rest of the country, which has a death rate of 2.1%.
