Canada's Great Liberal prime minister ought to be a bit circumspect or he'll be running out of stuff to apologise for? :roflol:But hey, that's liberals for ya - self-loathing and sanctimonious.

I don't like the way that bloke over his right shoulder in the pic is looking at him - there's something 'Judas Iscariot' about him? :cynic:

Frankly....... his tendency to apologize for what happened may be one of his better and most useful character traits?!

I would really like to see him apologize for an error made by his dad in 1974..... and although I am a member of Canada's Conservative Party.... i do admit that a case can be presented that there was a positive side to what his dad did at that time.

apologies are the best way to diffuse wrongs, being apologetic is good trait to have everyone should embrace it.

That said Trudeau is a proven liar and that's a trait that I cannot accept.

This brings me to an interesting question...........

... when Prime Minister Pierre E. Trudeau initiated a terrible change in
    Canada's banking system in 1974...........
which resulted in hydro-electric power coming from Churchill Falls, Labrador becoming
    essentially worthless...........
giving the province of Quebec essentially free electricity.. that they could resell to the USA.......

... did P.M. Pierre E. Trudeau mean this as a means of making the most well informed
political leaders in Quebec.... complicit in a plan..... that gave them a huge incentive to
decrease their support for Quebec Sovereignity...........

...... and thus remain as part of Canada.......??????

And if that was his intention..... I must admit that his plan worked........
but here in 2018 what should be done about this?

My advice would be for P. M. Justin Trudeau to public admit that his dad made an error........
that caused a terrible inflationary surge......

... but....... what he did in fact WORKED.... and Quebec is still within Canada.........

... but... what should be done for Newfoundland and Labrador??????

    P. M. Justin Trudeau is relatively honest and open......
as you can see from his statements to Pastors John Arnott, Steve Long and their wives:

just my opinion but I think crediting his dad for the 1995 referendum result with an action he did in 1974 is a stretch

I do commend the elder Trudeau for "there's no place for the state in the bedrooms of the nation", adding that "what's done in private between adults doesn't concern the Criminal Code". Criminal Law Amendment Act .

Yes..... this does seem like a stretch........
but it is a stretch that a significant percentage of us may find kind of interesting......
    because if..... we humans.......
have a soul that exists before we are born.... and continues on in
an out of the body state after we die..... .and if......
we all volunteered to play out a role in life........ that can go off in
    many, many, many directions...... then.......
maybe.... just maybe...... President Donald J. Trump was set up..........
by an intelligence far beyond our greatest computers or probably soon coming Artificial Intelligence.....

........ to become President of the USA in 2016.... in order to set in motion a
new and much more optimistic way of looking at money itself....... how it is created......
by whom.... and what options exist to cause a boom in the world economy through
an improvement in central banking policy.........

Did going bankrupt in '91 prepare Mr. Trump for the Presidency?

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Trump
I participate on at least twenty President Trump support groups and there is an energy there.......
    an optimism there.....
that seems to me could potentially be directed in a very positive manner......

I would like to see P. M. Justin Trudeau apologize to the province of Newfoundland and
Labrador....... for an injustice that began in 1972 (or 1974), and will not end until 2041.

I would like to see him take the angle that his father made an error.... but
that error was made as part of a daring and desperate gambit to keep Quebec within
Canada....... and obviously what P. M. Pierre E. Trudeau did was successful.

I would like to see P. M. Justin Trudeau simply borrow...... whatever sum of Canadian dollars
that should have went to Newfoundland - Labrador since 1972 at ZERO percent interest.......
and pay that province that sum of money........ in order to set a precedent of going back to
the vastly better central banking system set up by P. M. Mackenzie King in 1940 that was
    applied until 1974.

    P. M. Justin Trudeau is unlikely to do something this risky unless a great
deal of pressure is put on him through a temporary alliance between
    Canada's Conservatives with the NDP.

A statement made by the late Jack Layton could lay the foundation
for that proposed NDP and Conservative cooperation:

Conservative and NDP unity to destroy Liberals in 2019?
