And your proof of your claims about Powell come from where ?

You may want to read this as he defends Clinton:
    https://www.politico.com/story/2016/09/colin-powell-defends-personal-email-227889

It not about what emails were where, its about the security posture of those emails. Im sure Clintons home server was more secure than Yahoo’s email servers.

So what your saying is that Clinton DID turn over her emails….

    1. She did discuss it because both her and Colin Powell BOTH publicly said they discussed her use before she set hers up

    2. So if Clinton was so lax and the potential of Classified information is the important issue here, Im sure you think what Trump did at Mar-a-Lago was much worse when he had printed top secret information in his office at a publicly accessible building ?

So show me proof she discussed it with the State Department's IT Department. I gave you Factcheck.org calling her out for the lie you keep repeating that the State Department knew. And who is THE State Department? Talking to Powell is not the same as getting permission from the IT Department to use a private server in her home. Powell gave Clinton wrong advice on how to hide communications.

    Sure I did.
" Jack Smith is experienced in illegal criminal investigations into the Tea Party groups that lead to the Justice department paying untold millions in settlement to the tea party groups and individuals".
AND you quoted Jack where the idea of criminal investigations of the Tea Party began.

Golly, this isn't aging well. So one of the most corrupt democrats is appointed to attack Trump, again. Looks like this pic has some serious conflicts of interest. Wasn't this the guy the IRS used to attack conservatives? Doesn't this guy's wife produce propaganda for democrats? I mean there's an F'in list dude. And here you are clapping.... LOL no seriously... you took the hook, deep, and did it with glee.....

There was already an investigation underway. Garland admitted that he appointed the special prosecuted for partisan political reasons.

Actually, he said he appointed Jack Smith to (futilely) attempt to avoid partisan political issues. Like any of that matters to the terminally aggrieved... LOL

Mr. Smith (Going to Washington) filed his first briefing to the appeals court deciding the special master issue.

    On Thanksgiving no less...

Pointing out the T**** clown show briefing about the Giuliani special master appointment was not similar to this special master case.

No. Garland said that he appointed the special prosecutor because Trump announced his net taxes to Erin again against a sitting president. That is an admission the this was a political decision. There already was an investigation underway. There was no need to politicize this.

Garland admittedly decided to appoint a special prosecutor after Trump announced that he was a candidate against Biden for 2024. The decision was purely partisan in nature.

Garland has turned the DOJ into a partisan weapon. That should be enough for him to lose his job.

What sort of weird logic is that????? Garland distances himself from the matter and you call the decision partisan?

    Huh!

What could he have done to be less 'partisan' in your view?

Garland admitted that he made the decision because of current political events.

What he should have done is allow the investigation already being conducted continue unobstructed

Yes, the 'current political event' being Humpty's announcement that he would run in 2024.

The investigation WILL continue unobstructed, under the guidance of the Special Counsel. What is wrong with that?

She was still a target of the GOP and why she was still staying with her husband after all the alleged affairs Bill Clinton had. Melania has used Hillary Clinton's response when the Democrats criticized her for staying with DJT and having his alleged affairs as well. The point is that it is not just the presidential candidate, but all members of that family who tend to be targeted for one reason or another if they involve themsleves in politics as Hillary and Melania have done.
