Fraud and deception "allows for" the termination of "all" rules, regulations etc. that would prevent you from canceling the election results and calling a new one.

This is going around in circles. I believe his actual words (as opposed to their practical effect) come short of what you're claiming. I've explained why. You disagree. That's fine. No need to beat the dead horse at this point.

 

Not "have to be selective" but also not "must be all". It's obviously completely against the constitution what he is suggesting, but I don't believe his actual words are accurately reflected in the OP title. And honestly I don't understand why everyone is so determined to make it so. Why not attack the literal meaning of what he said, rather the trying to make a case that what he said actually means he's calling for the termination of the whole constitution? That's an interpretation, and you can certainly make a case for it, but other cases can be made too, one being that Trump doesn't think things through and is just spouting whatever comes into his head.

Trump was the butt of a lot of derogatory jokes DECADES before he ran for office. Why? Because the people who dealt with
him knew what kind of person he was. From his bankruptcies to his shady business dealings, it was no secret. 80% of his White House staff
has bad mouthed him, because the guy was a dick. It's not just the opposition that bad-mouths him.

At some point, even the thickest of minds has to step back and say, "Hey, maybe it's not just them. Maybe Trump just isn't a decent human being."

Now back on the subject. T**** is just asking to be tried for sedition but the question is why? I personally believe it's to boost his PAC fund before trial for other things including bankruptcy. He could live in exile beautifully off that fund, tax free no less. Oh for Congress to come up with a plan to make those funds unavailable to him but I can't imagine how.

 

Trump promotes division, and obviously some don't care about reality and need to cling onto that hatefulness.

I too find the Constitution and it's Amendments to be largely irrelevant in the real world today.

The 7th, for example is laughable:

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

$20 in dispute sets the bar for a trial by Jury according to the 7th.
