It's not true, he never said that. I read what he wrote, disagree with it but the OP and MSN are fundamentally not reporting the truth. It's typical bad reporting of Trump and misconstruing facts to make up something and attach it to him.

 

What you're failing to understand, is terminate and constitution are not right next to each other.
So it's kinda hard for some to grasp the meaning of that post.
