Donald Trump Has Attacked Russia Probe 1,100 Times, And Defended Putin More Than Anyone

I grasp that allegation entirely. But here's the thing, even if that were true, the treaty also imposes penalties and limitations upon those violations.

If you do not have a treaty at all, then you do not have any penalties or limitations.

How have we limited Russia’s ability to violate this treaty? And, if there are penalties, why didn’t it stop the Russian violations of this treaty for the last five years?

Do you understand that the Russians can’t afford another arms race with us again?

This guy has it right. Whether or not he is in the can for Russia, almost everything he has done has benefited Russia at the expense of others.

 

I keep reading about those penalties and sanctions on russia if it violated the treaty, yet what happens if russia just tell you to sod off?
What do you think you can actually do that hasn't been done for the past 10 years of sanctions or more? Europe won't stop buying their gas and petrol, they didn't even stop during the cold war, why would they now. Same for their other minerals. 2nd and 3rd world countries will keep buying their military stuff as it's way cheaper and have way less strings attached to them than the western equipment.

Treaties and international laws only work when both party act in good faith and play by the rules. Russia has never played by the rules! They don't care!

I still find it amusing how dems picked Russia to accuse of being Trump's buddy. Russia hasnt been a real threat to the US since the Cuban Missile Crisis. Maybe the old geezers running the party still think of Russia as the big bad boogeyman, but most sane people don't. The whole Russia thing has been a joke since Hillary Clinton started it. What doofuses they are.
