Yes, prosecutors either find evidence of a crime or not. Mueller did not find evidence of a crime and Barr and Rosenstein agreed. Ken Starr used the word guilty 11 times. Mueller not once. Of course for the hysterical TDS sufferers Trump has been guilty since day one for beating the witch Hillary.

That is most probably a true statement.... Ted Bundy was IQ tested at 136, which is in the top 2% of the world population. There is no known IQ test performed on Donald Trump (proclaiming yourself a stable genius apparently doesn't count??), but I'd put a substantial amt of my own money that Trump couldn't get to 136...
