HELL RAISER just heard on MSNBC, a LIBERAL DEM said that it was possible that BHO would (when) he gets a TREATY with Iran on Nuks. That BHO would go to the U.N. to get that same TREATY approved by them with the U.S. backing it. For being a Professor of Law this CLOWN doesn't know the CONSTITUTION. Under the CONSTITUTION, Article II Section 2 Executive Powers, it clearly states "The President can make TREATIES ---(PROVIDED) that with ADVISE AND CONSENT 2/3's of the U.S. Senate concurs"

Otherwise any (SO CALLED) Treaty is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!!!!!! And the U.S. GOVERNMENT is NOT bound by it. So (if) BHO doesn't get CONSENT from the Senate, the U.S. is NOT BOUND by said TREATY. AND, BHO is in VIOLATION of the CONSTITUTION.

The U.N. has NO AUTHORITY OVER THE U.S.. And has NO power to try to FORCE the U.S. to do anything..

At this time from across the street a GOOD SAMARITAN----WITH A CCW, happened to see what was happening and starting running across the street pulling his CCW licened auto. On reaching the car found the woman thrown off the hood. The CCW man fired once striking the CAR JACKER through the shoulder into his body. Thus saving the woman from being run over. The CAR JACKER was taken into custody by the Police, and so far NO charges for the CCW man. Good wins for a change.

2. In Nov. of 2014 in Alabama Adric White who had a full mask on walked into a Family Dollar store, pulling a gun on the Store Employee and forcing him to his knees. With the gun pointing at his head. At the same time a CCW man say what was happening stepped forward pulling his legal gun and told Adric White "Don't Move". At the same time White swung his gun toward the CCW man, but before White could fire. The Good Samaritan CCW man fired first bringing down White. White was arrested and taken to a Hosp. No Charges for the CCW man. Yet Whites family are claiming that the CCW man "Should have turned and left the Store with out interfering in the ARMED ROBERY being done by Adric White." When the Gov. of Maryland was asked WHY the N.G. wasn't called out on Monday. He replied that on Sunday he had put the N.G. on alert and had the order written up ready to sign. All he needed was the MAYOR OF BALTIMORE to request the N.G.. Which she DIDN'T till late Monday night early Tuesday morning. And within 30 seconds the Gov. had signed the order and the N.G. was on the move.

This in HELL RASIERS mind goes to show that the WEAK response of the LIBERAL DEM MAYOR of Baltimore and the NON Leadership of the Baltimore Police Chief is the clear reason for the lack of action by the Baltimore Police to the RIOTS.

1. Hillary calls for the END to MASS INCARCERATION of BLACKS.!!!!

So Hillary thinks that the 250 arrests of BLACKS during the RIOT in Baltimore where un-called for. And that the the BLACKS should have been allowed to Distroy what ever they wanted to, as the MAYOR OF BALTIMORE said they should be allowed to do. Does that make any sence to any of you?

2. The N.Y. Daily News also said the Hillary said " the Justice System has fallen out of balance with the MINORITIES most often with them on the losing end"

IS SHE NUTS? Is she wanting a QUOTA SYSTEM? If you only have 10 Whites in Jail, and 10 Blacks, you CANN'T ARREST any other BLACK because that would be over the QUOTA. No matter what the crime committed. JUST HOW STUPID IS THIS WOMAN?

3. Hillary is also calling for the End of LARGE SCALE IMPRISONMENT of low level offenders.

Is she talking of RIOTERS? And just what is LOW LEVEL OFFENDERS? Heroin Dealers, Murders, Wife beaters, Rape, Armed Robbery, Assault, She doesn't say. Hillary likes to talk in Generalities so as NOT to be taken to task by people who don't go along with her on different matters.

So it is the Justice System that is now causing POVERTY, and tearing apart families. According to Hillary it is the Police and courts that catch them and then CONVICT them.

Well here we go again. The Madison Wisconsin D.A. announced that NO charges would be filed against the Madison Officer Kenny in the shooting of Tony Robinson. And right off the bat the Liberal Blacks and other LIBERALS started marching against that finding. Not caring that Robinson had had a night of eating Hullucingenic Mushrooms, smoking Marijuana, and taking Xanax. That caused Robinson to get HIGH leading to Robinson to start ASSUALTING people in the Apt. then moving outside to ASSAULT people on the street, and running into traffic. Putting peoples LIVES at stake. Many 911 calls were recived by the Madison P.D. about what was happening. Then Officer Kenny was ordered to respond. When arriving he finially found Robinson the Police Officer. In which time Robinson ATTACKED the Officer. Punching the Officer several times in the face. The LIBERALS called Robinson UNARMED. When you are HIGH on Drugs, you become a weapon, for many people on Drugs loose their fear, and feel NO pain. That makes them a weapon. Fearing that Robinson could take the Officer's Gun from him and then might turn the same gun on others. The Officer shot Robinson to death. There by protecting himself and others.

When Robinson's Criminal record was checked, it was found that Robinson pleaded GUILTY last year for Armed Robbery. So being on Drugs and a conviction on Armed Robbery go's to show this Guy was no stranger to Violince

Yet the Black community and LIBERALS continue to stand up for THUG's as in the cases of Ferguson, N.Y. Baltimore, and other locations. These people are NOT the MLK's of our time. Now we find out that Stephanopouls had a AJENDIA of his own. That HE is in the pocket of the Clinton's because STEPHANOPOULS is trying to get in good with the Clintons by giving a DONATION to the CLINTON FOUNDATION which is starting to be shown as a SLUCH FUND for the Clintons and HILLARY's campaign.

BUT Brelo chose a trial by a Judge not a Jury, and after ALL THE EVIDENCE was presented. The JUDGE found Brelo innocent of all Charges. Now that is NOT good enough for the LIBERAL BLACKS. They demanded a GUILTY VERDICT forget the evidence. BLACKS want one law for them, (so that they can get away with anything) and another for everyone else. They wanted a KANGAROO court for BRELO. Now they are PROTESTING (so what is new about that?) blocking roads and just causing trouble. There is a possibility of RIOTS. But only a possibility as of now. And on many of the LIBERAL reports in the media, there is no mention of Russell and Williams being pulled over for a Traffic stop, and then they took off at high speed, endangering many innocent people on foot and on the road. You all probability have NOT heard or read, (LIBERAL MEDIA will not publish this). That since the RIOTS in Baltimore the CRIME RATE is on the rise. Since the Mayor Rawlings-Blake ordered the Baltimore P.D. to stand down during the RIOTS. And now placing all the blame on the P.D. for the RIOTS. The P.D. has it's back to the wall. If it gets involved in arresting some one it could mean that the Officer gets injured, and then charged with ABBUCE of power. Or being a RACIST. So the D.O.J. and the city government now has the P.D. second guessing weather to press in force the law, or stay out of trouble. The THUGS of the city now have almost a free hand to do what they want to civilians.

Homicides to date this year are UP from 71 last year to OVER A 100 this year. Nonfatal shootings are UP 70% from last year. And all the BLACK MAYOR Rawlings-Blake can say is "It is EXTREAMLY FUSTRATING"!!!!!!! This is what you get when you have SILLY LIBERALS running cities like Baltimore, Detroit, and others. You don't back the P.D. and CRIME runs rampant!!!!!!! Now Cleveland P.D. is going to be run by SILLY LIBERALS from the D.O.J. who don't know what they are doing with rules covering everything.

HELL RAISER thinks the COPS will just STOP enforcing the law, because they could be CHARGED with some SILLY rule breaking, trying to protect you and me.

HELL RAISER assumes that you have read or heard that the prosecuter in Ohio is now saying that the Judge didn't apply the law and didn't know the law when he found the Ohio officer NOT GULITY in a shooting case. It seems to be the case that including BHO and any LIBERAL who looses in court is now blaming the court for NOT KNOWING the law or MISSINTERPATING the law. They just can't stand to loose in court so instead of blaming their side for having NO CASE or that the LIBERAL side is UNCONSTITUIONAL in what it is trying to do, they (the LIBERALS) blame the Judge or the LAW. BHO has lost more cases in court that the majority of PRESIDENTS that have been in office combined. The LIBERALS are just SOORE LOOSERS.

What a week last week was. And this week is NOT starting out any better. Last week BHO claimed that the U.S. was the most respected nation in the world. And (he) made it that way. HELL RAISER asks "What person in their right mind believes that PROPAGANDA? maybe these do. Lets see, when BHO invited a large number of M.E. heads of state to Washington for a conference on what to do about ISIS, few if any showed up, they IGNORED---BHO and sent LESSER Government people to the U.S.. Does that sound like RESPECT?

At the end of last week BHO was CROWING about the increase in jobs, (280,000) yet the RIGGED number for the UNEMPLOYMENT RATE went UP yes UP. Yes HELL RAISER said RIGGED. If you go to the B.L.S. government site you will find that they ADMIT that they DON'T count ALL the UNEMPLOYED so as to make the numbers look good.

There are circa 80 to 90 MILLION---UNEMPLOYED AMERICANS in the U.S., and if you add in the MILLIONS who WANT full employment jobs but are only working PART TIME to make ends meet. That rate would be circa 13 to 16% of American's in HARD TIMES. Even some LIBERALS are starting to tell the U.S. voter, that they MUST get used to HARD TIMES so every one can be the same.

And did you hear last week that the Cities of Milwaukee, New York City, Detroit, L.A. Baltimore, Atlanta, St. Louis, that ALL are having a DOUBLE DIGET rise in CRIME, ROBERIES, MURDERS, ASSAULTS, AND SHOOTINGS? Milwaukee up 180% in Homocides from last year. And all are run for 30-40-50 years by LIBERAL Democrats. And all of the Mayors and city counciles are blaming the Police, after like N.Y. stopped the (stop and frisk) program. Which stopped criminals who were NOT supposed to have guns, before they could do the crime with a gun. Now these bad guys have NOTHING to fear from the P.D. All because of STUPID, POLITICAL CORRECT, LIBERALS want to court votes in the next election. And the minorities who are DYING the most from Crime in these cities are just too STUPID to see the cause of voting in LIBERALS time after time after time. is causing the death of their young day after day.
