:-?' ~ I am thinking this investigation is a show to soothe the concerned citizens. There likely will be revelations of crimes but with " insufficient evidence " for conviction. The media will downplay the situation as always and it will mostly be ignored. Just like the Mueller fiasco.

Guess the word forgery never crossed your mind ;) Copies are a great source of forged documents.. The original IMO hold a higher standard of proof..

But I understand the lefts infatuation with hearsay, word of mouth, forgery, fabrication as top tier evidence, well in some situations ;)

Why do you keep asserting this is it, this is the end of it and it is all he has...............what is the basis for this claim you are making?

Who did Mueller prosecute and convict for Russian collusion that didn't occur?

I have no short form or long form I have ONE form of BC from my state. In Hawaii they had switched to a short form that was digitized and that is what they began issuing and it was lacking in the information that showed which doctor and hospital that was on his original form.

Here is the short form he released

    upload_2022-5-21_22-24-23.png

    here is the long form

    upload_2022-5-21_22-25-9.png

And as the only way Obama gained his citizenship was by the place of birth he should have cleared up the matter immediately when it was raised.

He should have released it from the get go for the good of the country, he choose not to do so.

The campaign paid for the WHOLE DEAL. Billing a client for work you did that was not on their behalf is a crime, Webb Hubbell to jail for it and Vince Foster killed himself over billing records.

And you betcha Durham is going gang busters and exposing this whole sordid affair. Is this really how you want campaigns to behave making up stories to impune their opposition and feeding lies to the FBI to get an investigation on the them going so that can be used against them?

    With Durham at the trial.

"Meanwhile, much of Elias’ testimony Wednesday centered around billing records, and how Perkins Coie traditionally billed its clients.

Durham's team insists that Sussmann billed the Clinton campaign directly after his meeting at the FBI in September 2016 — a claim that is central to their argument in proving Sussmann's alleged false statement.

One specific billing record was shown to the courtroom Wednesday, dated Sept. 17, 2016. The billing record revealed Sussmann had billed the Clinton campaign for nearly five hours of work. The record states that work consisted of "multiple telephone conferences and other communications with experts, media; communication with M. Elias." "

According to her campaign manager Mook, it's worse than the title of this panel. He just testified that "Hillary Clinton personally approved a plan to spread the lie that Trump was colluding with Russia via secret servers to the media."

Mook testified that "the decision to push the debunked Russia conspiracy to the media was made by himself, Sussman, John Podesta, and Palmeri, and Hillary Clinton."

"Special Counsel John Durham is telling the public the story of the Clinton opposition research machine, and how the campaign, through their lawyers and contractors (Fusion GPS), developed and spread lies to the media to influence the election. The Clinton Campaign lawyers used the FBI to further that strategy of deception."

"Igor Danchenko and Charles Dolan, a Hillary Clinton friend and supporter, was coincidentally feeding false information to Christopher Steele’s primary sub source?"

    Yes, and . . . ?
The billing records in question are those billing Sussmann's time to the Clinton campaign while he was meeting with the FBI.

The State Bar Association is NOT a state legal enforcement agency. It is a nonprofit organization, a professional organization, that administers, maintains, and defines the ethics of a lawyer in that state.

I am well aware of that. But to prove point #1, expert testimony from Mr. Elias cannot be "I think that he did" or "I presume that is what the notes say" for it to be allowed under federal rules of evidentiary procedure. Hence the problem.

The Special Prosecutor has argued that Mr. Sassman was in fact representing them, aka HRC campaign AND that the correspondence between them is not subject to attorney-client privilege. In addition, what the Special prosecutor is trying to do is make Mr. Sassman testify on the notes at hand and thus be allowed to be cross-examined. It's an old prosecutor maneuver, or trick, to try to get the defendant to testify despite having asserted his plea to take the fifth.

What is happening right now are the pre-trial motions. What will happen is Mr. Elias will be allowed to testify, but his testimony will be limited, especially the part about whether he knew from the notes or not that Mr. Sassman, at the FBI meeting, was working on behalf of the HRC campaign. The notes are not clear, but so is the handwritten notes a little too hard to read at times with shorthand to boot. Thus the note taker will have to testify on what the notes actually say, and that may be good for the defense since the Special Prosecutor does not want that.

Yes but that does not necessarily prove Mr. Sassman was on the job as an FBI agent when he billed HRC for his services. FBI agents, like any other federal employee, can obtain "outside employment." The usual procedure is to obtain permission from your agency. Depending on the agency and your job title, it cannot interfere with your duties. In my agency or department, doing CPA work while working for the IRS is not allowed. However, you can do bookkeeping work AS LONG AS you do not prepare tax returns and be compensated for it.

The Special Prosecutor would have to subpoena his agency file, especially the purple, red, and green folders, which will have those approval forms for outside employment, signed by Mr Sassman and countersigned by his manager or SAC of the division. Along with the notes, the meeting should be clear enough to all parties involved that Mr. Sassman was or was not representing HRC at the time of the meeting and that he was not on the clock at that time. Even if the outside employment forms were not signed by all parties, that still may not be enough to prove the Special Prosecutor's claim that he was working for HRC, but rather a violation of 5 CFR 6901.103.

If you get a birth certificate from the issuing agency, it is a certified copy. That certification seal is unique to each state and damn near impossible to forge, along with the appropriate signatures to boot. It the BC has the seal and the appropriate signatures, along with their job title, any and all federal, state, and local agencies will accept it as is.

You may want to rethink your argument again here

Ya like fake passports, I'm simply not that naïve. Mine has the original ink, signature and print of my feet "Again original blot".

But hey you believe what you need to considering it was made to suit you and many others like you :)

Well, you guys can quit pretending you know what's in the Sussman billing records.

Do you have a source for any of your claims? I guess not. Presumably, you'd have cited the sources.

I'm afraid you don't understand the argument. Sussmann was never an FBI agent. He is charged with lying to the FBI.

Sussmann trial reveals FBI internal investigation of Crossfire Hurricane agents

"Curtis Heide was the lead agent in the FBI’s Chicago field office back in 2016. Today he testified at Michael Sussmann’s trial that he is currently under internal investigation by the FBI for withholding exculpatory evidence in the Crossfire Hurricane investigation."

The Dirty FISA Warrants issued against the Trump Campaign, Transition and Presidency.

"He is specifically being investigated for withholding material from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, which oversees wiretaps against Americans. The material in question was a “recording from one of the subjects” of the FISA applications."

"Trump campaign adviser Carter Page was investigated as a potential Russian agent, but was never charged with any crimes and denied any wrongdoing."

Carter Page was the patsy they used to throw a net over the entire Trump Campaign, Transition and Presidency. The pretext was Carter Page's contact with Russians, which the CIA informed the FBI, in writing, was due to his work for them on the behalf of the United States. At the time they went down this path, they were confident that Lying Crooked Hillary would be elected and that no one would ever known about their illicit domestic political spying in violation of their oaths.

FBI lawyer, Kevin Clinesmith, has already pleaded guilty to forging the "email which would have been exculpatory of Carter Page. It would be pretty remarkable if another agent was found to have withheld evidence related to surveillance of Page."

Check out this pack of crap:

“On or about September 19, 2016, FBI received a referral of information from the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, detailing an unusually configured email server in Pennsylvania belonging to the TRUMP ORGANIZATION,” the FBI wrote in September 2016. “In that referral, the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE provided the FBI with a white paper that was produced by an anonymous third party. According to the white paper, a U.S.-based server that is owned by the TRUMP ORGANIZATION has been communicating with the Russian-based ALFA BANK organization in Moscow, Russia.”

"Andy McCarthy, a former chief assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York told the Washington Examiner: “The investigation opening document is totally outrageous. It not only claims that the information came from the Justice Department. It suggests that the Justice Department commissioned and may even vouch for the white paper.”

The former federal prosecutor added, “To identify Sussmann as ‘the Department of Justice’ is especially outrageous under circumstances where (a) he is a lawyer for the Clinton Campaign, and (b) the representation that got him in the door to meet Baker was that he wasn’t representing anyone (which would include the Justice Department, if he had any such technical tie).”…

[James A. Baker] when asked by prosecutors if that was an incorrect basis for the investigation, Baker said it “makes absolutely no sense to me.”

It doesn't make any sense to any of us, if we presume that ethical people were making these decisions.

The FBI received whitepaper that it was told "was produced by anonymous third party from the US Department of Justice"

But that's yet another lie. "Why wasn’t Sussmann’s name attached to this? Why is the source anonymous? That’s curious given that Sussmann lied about his own motives."

They knew well before the election that this was a steaming pile of crap, long before the fake news began spraying it like diarrhea all over the electorate. "Heide writes to JP on 9/22/16. "I just talked with cyber division. we're leaning toward this being a false server not attributed to the trump organization."

It was yet another pack of lies and everyone knew it. As for whether Sussman's lie was "material", "it would have been even easier for the FBI to discount this if it had been clear to everyone involved that the source wasn’t the DOJ but was a Democrat lawyer working for the Clinton campaign."

~ Yeah ... this is likely all part of the "show". I think the FBI - James "Commie" Comey - had this all set up. Perhaps Heide will be the fall guy, perhaps not. Eric Holder got off the hook and that was important.

FBI Agents: We Were Lied To About Where the Clinton Alfa Bank Hoax Came From; Other FBI Agents Told Us It Was DOJ-Originated Intelligence

So the FBI was in on the Hillary Clinton cover story, too.

"The Chicago FBI agents figured out quickly that the data was overblown and the possibility of Trump's organization communicating with the bank server was nearly impossible because of firewalls."

The higher up lying dirtbags in the FBI lied to other folks in the FBI about where they got this info

"Because the information was so hinky, "didn't pass analytical merit," and didn't show "a covert communications system," agents prevailed on their boss to ask the 7th Floor at the FBI headquarters if they could be read in on who provided the flash drives, white papers, and other documents purporting the link. The brass who claimed the information came from the DOJ and said as much in the official referral to investigators. The Sept. 24, 2016 referral never mentions Michael Sussmann."

"Assistant Special Counsel Andrew J. DeFilippis introduced emails demonstrating how the agents desperately wanted to know who had tossed this turd into the lap of the FBI and expected them to polish it."

"In one Oct. 3, 2016, email, agent [Curtis] Heide wrote to Gaynor, "We really want to interview the source of all this information. Any way we can track down who this guy is and how we're getting this information?" Supervisory Special Agent Daniel Wierzbicki followed up: "An interview with the source of information ... may allow us to understand the 'what' and 'why' of the white paper."" Request denied.

A month before the election and before the NYT's story based on blind sourcing from the Intelligence Community, the Intelligence Community knew this claim was complete crap.

And yesterday, an FBI witness testified the Durham team threatened him to gain information he said he didn't have.

    SNIP
Bosworth noted that the account Gaynor gave during an October 2020 interview with Durham’s prosecutors led to them warning him that he was no longer merely a witness in their probe but was now a subject of the investigation–meaning that he could face criminal charges.

“I was in significant peril,” Gaynor said. “It is very concerning as a DOJ employee that now the Department of Justice is looking at you.”

Gaynor said he was told his status was “in jeopardy” after he said he didn’t recall any direction to other agents that they couldn’t contact the person who delivered the server allegations to the FBI.

Certainly nothing smells about that effort..... Why would ANY FBI agent have been a target for receiving and processing Sussmann's information??

Whole things smells of desperation to me... but that's the MAGA way....
