Left wing governments hurt the poorest in society most, which is why they
    call their annual holiday Mayday.

Under socialist control a typical "business" runs the same way.
The management give orders, the workers get paid for carrying out those orders.

If there are profits they get spent where the management allocate them to be spent.

The difference is not the workforce, it is the client base.
In socialism, the client base is monopolised. They have no choice of provider.
    In Liberalism, they do.

Monarchy. I am happy in my monarchy. This means to me a dictatorship is not a word I automatically associate with a bad thing.
A good dictatorship is fine. I am not dogmatic about my political system.
The examples of socialism turning into a dictatorship are multiple. The system standardly turns into this kind of government. It's the socialist norm.

To assume that any new socialist society won't turn into a dictatorship seems to me to be ignoring all the lessons of history.

Feudalism is not an economic system. It's a political system. Feudal societies traded with and invested in each other too. Obviously ancient is not modern. Other than that, I'm not sure what you think the difference is between a stone age investment and an information age investment is. A sheep is a sheep.
If I lend you some to start your own farm, you owe me some sheep.

The world hasn't moved on from Socialism. Europe has continued to embrace it and indeed it has spread to other area's of the world.

@Zorro those who seek to mould the world in their image, must be killed by those who do not seek the world to be moulded in their image.
God shaped the world in his image. Men who would be gods? No thanks.

If the world must be shaped in any one mans image, then it will be mine.
Please bear in mind that if socialism ever takes over, the dictator who runs it, won't be you, it will be me.

I will be the one deciding who deserves or doesn't deserve to eat. Not you.
My value system and ideology will become unassailable law, not yours.
Your money will flow to me not mine to you.
Your labours will work for me not mine for you.

There is no win in this for you. Because if I am not allowed to be a liberal, then I won't be. If you seek to rule me, I must rule you.
Not my first choice to be quite honest. But a better option than being ruled.

I can take control too mate. We all can. What can be used against me, can be used against you.
If we are not to fight and kill each other, then liberalism. Let us both rule ourselves.

You're the only one with that brazen notion. Particularly about the debatable interpretation of American history.

You've "won" nothing - except out of self-proclamation. The forum has no jury ...

It isn't a notion, its a matter of objective reality. You are free to trace the conversation back, and see it yourself.

there is no debate. It's recorded history.

actually, I won the debate he and I were having.

Right wing economics you don't learn in universities because you aren't in them. You are at work.
