It's not allowed in the U.S.

(people are allowed to volunteer to work for an organization for nothing, but there are even some laws that affect that, so an employer can't just use it as a prerequisite for giving them other paid work)

Uh, ...if I decide to clean my neighbor's house for a little cash I can charge her a dollar an hour or 3 dollars an hour......or I can do it for free.

If I work for a local farmer I can work for nothing or a dollar an hour or three dollars an hours...

....are you catching on to that yet?

If only you could connect that to women's right to have an abortion it would really be a miracle...

If you do it yourself, and are not being employed by someone else to do it.

There are some interesting and complex rules that differentiate between someone who's considered an independent contractor or an employee.

That's the most unrealistic convoluted load of absolute hooey that you've come up with so far and that's Really saying something...

I guess you're not very open-minded to arguments from opposing sides.

Oh, I should've known I would have to make it so much more clearer....IF my NEIGHBOR HIRED ME TO CLEAN THEIR HOUSE I could charge them a dollar an hour or 5 dollars an hours, I do NOT BY LAW have to work for minimum wage.

YES, some employers are required to PAY MINIMUM WAGE but NO one is REQUIRED to WORK FOR MINIMUM WAGE...

That wasn't even an argument, it made no sense....there was no logic....minimum wage has nothing to do with women's right to have an abortion...

By analogy here, that would be like the difference between punishing the woman or the doctor who performs the abortion.

OK, you aren't serious and just what? Need attention???

Those two comments have absolutely nothing in common , there can be no analogy there.....

Wage rates have nothing to do with women's right to have an abortion....

There is no connection....get some sleep....

I meant that, according to your line of logic there, banning the abortion business would still allow the woman to have free choice.
She would not be being forced not to have an abortion.

Or banning the gun business would not ban all guns

If abortion is banned there is no FREE choice.
And if abortion is banned women's choice would be gestation or having a possibly dangerous abortion by someone unqualified....that is NOT a choice people in a free country should be treated....

If abortion is banned ALL rights are in danger.

But DO tell your Anti-Abortion friends that banning abortion will NOT stop abortion....they seem to think it will..

All of your arguments on abortion are strange. You cannot speak to their state of mind and because your argument lacks honesty, I can only say that the choice is still where it belongs.
