According to the poster you were agreeing with, he said the plan was the date May 1, 2020. That's not a plan, that's a date. Certainly could be part of a plan, but not THE plan.

trump could not do better. He had 4 yrs and basically did nothing but kick the can down the road. Claimed some plan, a date apparently.
The agreement was signed in Feb of 2020. Almost 11 months from then until out of office to get all people and troops out. Yet all he got was 11,000 or so troops out. No people or equipment. AFAIK.

Of course, Biden is an incompetent executive. There have been a lot of those in the WH.
The only question left is whether Biden was actually incompetent enough to ignore his advisors and ordered the abandonment of all our air bases before evacuating Americans before they could be taken hostage.
