    ITS SO SIMPLE TO DO WHAT I just said AND ALSO ECONOMICAL. BUT SINCE IT ACTUALLY MAKES SENSE And is virtually RIGG PROOF ITLL BE ridiculed.

    But why only California? California is 11% of the US population and exactly 11% of the so-called electoral college.
    So, what's the deal?

    I hope I got your meaning correct.
    California's winner take all assignment of electors to the electoral college has
    become cumbersome considering more people voted for Romney than the total
    votes in many states yet have no representation in the electoral college.
    California is too big compared to the rest and should be proportionally assigned electoral college votes

    I am having composition problems at the moment,
