And it seems there are plans for more and the big reason why? No fumes

This thread is more about engineering and technology than science, so your excuse is a little out of place.

I see that you can't carry on a real discussion, which is why you keep ignoring and deflecting away.

Why don't you quote me saying Electric Buses needs to go away......, or that your links are bad, all I have done is show there are problems in a number of cities, some cities have given it up for now, my local Transit system gave it up for now too.

    I await your failure..........

Not really, it's more of a failed attempt to discredit one of the genuine mitigations available for the damage caused to the environment from a couple of centuries of excessive fossil fuel use.

There is no such thing as excessive fossil fuel use. Fossil fuels are a boon to mankind.

    Strike THREE!

The CONTENT of my prior posts PROVE that I have already addressed the SEPTA EV bus issue.

NOT my problem that you have FAILED to either read and/or comprehend what I posted.

I have ZERO interest in dealing with YOUR trolling content so I giving you an all expenses paid one way ticket to Cyberia.

    Have a nice life!

Got to wonder if there is an AGENDA behind the SHILLING for the fossil fuel cartel?

Remember all those FAKE "scientists" and "studies" that the Tobacco cartel used to try and HIDE the indisputable FACT that their PRODUCT was (and still is) KILLING people?

Seems like the fossil fuel cartel has lots of money to spend on spreading similar NEFARIOUS disinformation.

I very much doubt that those who are posting these anti-science threads appreciate that what they are doing is harming their own self interests.

    More evidence against EV's.
Testimony on the Folly of Electrifying the U.S. Transportation System
ECONOMICS AND POLICY JULY 26, 2021

"Testimony delivered before the House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis in June by Robert Bryce, a visiting fellow at the Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity, raised a warning on the potential hazards of electrifying transportation and the regressive costs of continued federal subsidization of the sale of electric vehicles (EVs).

“Electrifying parts of our transportation system may result in incremental reductions in greenhouse gas emissions,” Bryce argued. “But a look at history, as well as an analysis of the supply-chain issues involved in manufacturing EVs, the resource intensity of batteries, and the increasingly fragile state of our electric grid – which is being destabilized by bad policy at the state and national levels – shows that a headlong drive to convert our transportation systems to run on ‘green’ electricity could cost taxpayers untold billions of dollars, increase greenhouse gas emissions, be bad for societal resilience, make the U.S. more dependent on commodity markets dominated by China, make us less able to respond to extreme weather events or attacks on our infrastructure, and impose regressive taxes on low and middle-income Americans in the form of higher electricity prices.”

“EVs … impose … societal costs that are likely to exacerbate inequality and lead to more energy poverty,” Bryce continued. “Those costs include taxpayer-funded subsidies given to EV buyers, publicly funded charging stations, and the grid upgrades that will be needed to support the electrification of light and heavy-duty vehicles. Those costs will impose a significant cost burden on low and middle-income consumers, even though those consumers are unlikely to purchase EVs.”. . . "

Your falsehoods multiply, I Challenged you to show me and others by QUOTE me saying electric buses are bad and shouldn't be used.

How come you didn't acknowledge that challenge?

What I have been showing repeatedly (Which you don't address) it that in a number of cities the E buses are not doing well and some have been cancelled totally.

I have not once disputed your Canadian Link or the EV buses nationwide link you posted,
heck, I don't think I disputed a single one of your links at all in the thread.

I read your links, didn't talk about them, why can't you understand that?

As for trolling, you are invited to report me and see what the Moderators thinks of your claims?

I dare you, but you won't despite that it is a specific rules violation.

As Globe Cools, Snow And Cold Return. German Post Electric Delivery Vehicles And Mail Go Up In Flames

    By P Gosselin on 25. June 2021

Not long ago, Dr. Roy Spencer posted the latest satellite Lower Troposphere Temperature as measured by satellite. Over the most recent years we have seen global temperatures drop.

And we also see signs cooling is putting the brakes on global ice melt and temperature rises, which, by the way, many scientists have linked to natural factors such as solar and oceanic cycles. . . .

On another topic, electric vehicles continue to have serious technical problems: suddenly catching fire. Not only that, it takes hours for firefighters to get the fires under control.

Germany’s online Badische Zeitung (BZ) here reports how two electric cars belonging to the German Post Office completely burned out last Tuesday, taking the parcels and letters with them.

“Letters and parcels also went up in flames. But the work is far from over with the extinguishing work on the e-vehicles,” writes the BZ. “Due to the long-lasting chemical reactions set in motion by the fire inside the vehicles’ rechargeable batteries, they have to be flooded in special containers to cool them down for 24 hours.”

It is people like YOU who show a great inability to make an argument against something you don't agree with.

Maybe we should ignore Isaac Newton who believe we can TRANSMUTE Iron into Gold?

You didn't advance the debate at all.

    Ah, the irony.
The World Will Run Out of EV Batteries By 2025
    Haley Zaremba, Oil Price

". . . And now, according to a new Bank of America Global Research report, the global EV battery supply is in danger of running out completely as soon as 2025. “Our updated EV battery supply-demand model suggests the global EV battery supply will likely hit [a] ‘sold-out’ situation between 2025-26, with its global operating rates reaching above 85%,” the report reads ominously. The supply shortage will be largely a product of rapidly increasing demand in a market that is simply unprepared for the levels of EV adoption coming down the pike in the immediate term. . . ."

DISINFORMATION alert from a SHILL for the Fossil Fuel Cartel. The link takes you to "OILprice.com". :roflol:

So let's look at the FACTS behind the DISINGENUOUS allegation.

    https://stockhead.com.au/resources/world-running-out-of-ev-batteries-by-2025-not-quite/

That just means that there will be a greater DEMAND than the CURRENT supply chain can handle.

That PREDICTION by BofA means that the SUPPLY CHAIN will RESPOND to the DEMAND and step UP production which is EVIDENCED by the following measures ALREADY in progress.

    https://www.kedglobal.com/newsView/ked202107270011

    https://www.globenewswire.com/news-...ets-Report-Lithium-Could-Run-out-by-2025.html

So in RESPONSE to the DEMAND we are seeing CONCERTED efforts to INCREASE the SUPPLY of Lithium which is EXACTLY what happened with the demand for fossil fuels.

This is NOT rocket science...except it might as well be for those Science Deniers who are emulating Chicken Little.
