Hello. A few months ago I wrote an email to General Electric asking a question, and they never answered. The same thing has happened to me for a few times when I emailed other big companies and big, popular sites. However, my understanding is that if any of these companies ever gets a lawsuit, or if they are being investigated by the FBI, they always respond. So I am wondering, does this mean these companies and sites do look at emails they get, however they simply throw out the unimportant emails from unimportant people (like me), or is there some sort of special, "secret" email address that only entities like courts, FBIs, can access?

select any blog here, then click on an article, scroll down to 'comments/replies/thoughts' and post your complaint/praise as it may be... i would start with the 'ge reports' & twitter pages

    https://www.ge.com/directory

i always choose their world headquarters announcements page and state my case in several of their newest press releases... mind you, these are publicly viewed so post personal info with caution, i use a disposable email & phone number as contact info... you'll be surprised just how fast they respond and direct you to the main office in your area along with a corporate contact name and number, as well as delete your comments pronto...

i've done this to get my airbags replaced, during that recall, i was contacted within a few hours and had an appt at the local dealer the next morning ;)

It's private business. They pay employees to make them more money, or to protect the money they have already. That's why companies exist, to make and protect profit.

If something is not going to make or protect the company money, why would they pay an employee to do such a task? They don't.

It's kind of like the federal government: federal laws are written with such extreme complexity so that only a good lawyer can get something out of it. A small person can complain on the apparent methods provided to do so (see, the government feels your pain), but they can't get anywhere.
