    True story.

    I have two neighbors, "Bob" & "Joe" who had a minor accident while working on a car.
    Bob gets his hand stuck and yells to Joe: "Quick, "Joe", call 911!".

    "Joe" dutifully runs into the house but quickly returns and asks "Bob":

    "Whats the phone number for 911?
