Another day, and another Orly 'law suit'

Let me know when she wins one- or even doesn't get sanctioned for wasting the courts time again.

 

how would you like it if i said you hated her cause she's an immigrant or a jew. i'd vote for her before i'd vote for you, or obama for dogcatcher.

 

Why would I care what you said about me?

And why do you care that I speak the truth about Orly?

That she has lost every case that has concluded?

That she was sanctioned by a court for her frivolous filing?

 

is that it ? aren't you going to be honest about hating her for no good reason, like you are always trying to attach to me ?? what about her voice ? you try to make it sound like losing cases is a reason to stop trying.

 

Hmmm who do I hate? I can't really think of anyone I actually HATE.

I really dislike the sound of her voice- grates on me, but I admit that is just a cheap shot and completely not relevant.

I think however that she is dishonest, that she is abusing our court system and wasting our public money. These are just my opinions.

However the facts are clear: she has lost every case she has filed that the court has ruled on. She has been sanctioned by a court. She lost her first political campaign.

She is also a licensed dentist, real estate agent and lawyer.

 

not a cheap shot, an honest answer. this, i'm saying, she has a high voice with a thick accent and very high energy, believe me i have spent enough time with her on the phone to know that she can be difficult to understand sometimes, but you know what? i like her. and i think she is sincere, a remarkable story. she is honest and sweet and has been persecuted and vilified, and the world is going to see that.

Some of you are spreading untruths and exposing your ignorance. Orly hasn't "lost court cases." None of the cases about Obama's ineligibility, including Orly's, have been heard on the merits much less gone to trial -- can't lose a case that never happened. Corrupt, paid-off or incredibly inept judges refuse to look at the evidence and have blocked and dismissed the cases before they can even be presented. That's not how it is suppose to be; these judges are complicit in the ongoing cover-up. But Orly keeps trying and I think will eventually succeed. Why not let an American jury hear the evidence in a court of law, decide what's right and what's wrong, and let the chips fall where they may? What could the Obamaphiles possibly have to fear? Meanwhile, the justice system is denying the citizens of our country their right to a resolution of this monumental problem.

Wrong. This is a Birther lie that hasn't been true since the first Birther case to get the Supreme Court, Donofrio v. Wells in November 2008. It was decided on its merits.

So were Strunk v. Department of State, Ankeny v. Daniels, Taitz v. Astrue, Taitz v. Reumller and Taitz v. Fuddy.

Oh... look! Taitz has had three cases decided on the merits. And yes, she lost them.

The third musketeer; Without getting involved or arguing what I think your politically and incorrectly spinning, I'll simply offer you the above link. In law and what I believe your trying to express, any person must have/show "STANDING" (locus standi), sufficient connection to or having been harmed, to file suit for relief. Even though I disagree with the use of this excuse (reason for obfuscation), with the exception of the Alan Keyes case, it was the legal excuse.

 

No one has standing. Part of the issue of standing is whether the court can grant the relief requested by the Plaintiff. As no court in the world can remove a sitting President of the United States, no one has standing.

But what difference does it make? Even if these suits went to the merits, they would fail. Obama released his birth certificate and it was verified by the State of Hawaii Department of Health, the agency that creates and maintains Hawaiian birth certificates.

What is there to sue over?
