    First of all, as a British citizen in the United Kingdom from the capital, I'd like to say two things;

    1. English Democrats, never heard of them. I don't know who they are and this is the first time I've ever heard of them.
    2. It's his money, this proves that he has the freedom of expression or freedom of speech in this country, to waste his money.

    I don't think this is going to happen, but it's in the Daily Mail anyway and the Daily Mail are respectable centre-right printed news in the UK.

    I'd be lying if I said this headline didn't grab my attention, and I've just told all of you what I think of it and where I am etc... So I'm going to throw it out to you, dear forum, dear regional sub forum of our forum, with membership and actives users across the world; What do you think of this?
    A rich Englishman (I've never heard of) head of the English Democrats (I've never heard of) arguing to the high courts that Brexit already happened and any extension is null and void.

    Of course you've never heard of the English Democrats as you aren't British and don't live here.

    They're unimportant. Don't worry about them.

    If you're so British and not trolling, who are they?

    You just snookered yourself, now you either have to prove how British you are, which you can't, or admit that everything you have to say about Brexit means nothing to no one. This wouldn't be an issue for a normal user, but you set out to meddle in with the audacity to depatriate me since you don't agree with Brexit.

    You do know it isn’t April Fool’s Day anymore?

    He doesn’t strike me as stupid enough to believe he could win his case or effectively change anything even if he could, especially given the length of time that could (be made to) take. That suggests this is just about getting some media coverage for himself and his party, focusing on picking up hard Brexiteer supporters.
