Absolutely. Dark times. I wouldn't be surprised at all to learn they planted evidence. Nobody was allowed to be in the house, not even the help, when the storm troopers went to retrieve the rest of the goods. This seems to be a violation of the fourth amendment. This is political weaponization to the Nth but this is nothing new, they're just attempting to complete the job they started when Trump was about to enter office.

As long as it relates to Trump many don't seem inclined to question the actions of the heads of the Intel agencies. Not even psuedo lawyers. They can't seem to understand the difference between defending Trump and expecting our government to equally apply justice. They believe Garland's deflection about the work the rank and file footsoldiers being trustworthy when this has absolutely nothing to do with them. It's about the marching orders of the Generals -- like those who commit us to dying for fake reasons. WMD bring anything to your mind?

That's how journalism takes place. If you have a problem with this, perhaps you didn't like RW news sources interviewing people who had no knowledge about the FBI's search of Maga Lardo spouting off about how it was "unconstitutional" (they obtained the warrant from the federal court as required by law) or that the FBI "planted evidence".

 

I don’t recall all your posts but I think you have posted some whataboutism that was completely false and some unsubstantiated allegations about a copy of the warrant not being left on site (patently false as shown in a DOJ court filing).
But I’m willing to listen. What did the DOJ or fbi do wrong?

I just hope Trump made copies of all the documents proving FBI involvement in the Russia Collusion hoax. Making sure he couldn't release those to the public was the real reason for their smash-n-grab at Mar-a-Lago. There a lot of FBI and DOJ agents who need to be in prison for a very long time.

You ask a valid question... how, indeed can any investigative agency function without 'tools'? But, as far as the mechanics of this whole thing goes, who provided the 'tools' for the FBI to use, and, more importantly, ON WHICH PRETEXT?! And if that pretext is defective, how can anything else that happens be right?! Suggestion: review 1988 SCOTUS ruling in "Department of the Navy versus Egan"....

Example: As your commander, I can order you to take weapons (your 'tools'), and kick in the door of a place that has someone inside who is my enemy. Then, you are to confiscate everything inside the place, and to shoot my enemy dead on the spot. NOW... do you ask me, as your commander, whether I have any REAL REASON for ordering you to do this? Upon what PRETEXT do I command you to do this? Sure, if you simply do as you're told, you can always say, "I was just following orders"... right?
