5:00 A.M. Every Morning? All throughout the day, each day? This clip is only 4 minutes long.. Try 5:00 A.M to 5:45, 6:30 to 7:00, 7:30 to 10:00, 1:00 to 2:00... Every day..... And I'm not talking about around the Island... I'm talking about within 1 residential 'block'... How 'big' is the block? Roughly 1.75 football fields by .75 football field. OR: 175 yards by 75 yards.... 525 feet by 225 feet. A regular small residential 'block'... Total number of bins to be picked up? 10 bins and 4 bins or 14 bins, approximately, which need these trucks to lift and dump then place the bins back. Approximate time to complete 1 bin from contact to contact? 5 minutes which gives time allowance to move the bin out of the tight spots, pick, dump, place back on ground. Time it takes to lubricate the brake pads or get them replaced? 2 hours plus time allowance for time and manual labor. Time it takes to lubricate the rusty truck arms? 3 hours plus time allowance for time and manual labor. Total time needed to stop the banging and clanging and rusty creaks? 1 work day. Want to make things really pretty? Wash... Time to wash 1 dump truck after brake pads/hydraulics and rusty creaks have been fixed? 3 hours depending on 'crust' on. If crust on is there, chisel and hammer might be needed with additional work hours. Have you ever seen a trash bin, a personal trash bin, which had food leakage in it which was not cleaned out? Maggots? Puddles? Yuck? Imagine the back of these dump trucks.... The first round of cleaning would require Hazmat. Approximate savings to City and County? Priceless when compared to the hospital bills incurred if not... Approximate cost for 1 truck being cleaned? Excluding initial Hazmat fees.... Every other cleaning, maintenance, would require 3 hours of wages plus possibility of extra hour or two. 5 hours for 1 truck at wage = wage(5)(number of workers). Frequency of job detail? Given 2 to 3 pick ups weekly, or in some areas, daily, and given the number of bins and types of bins and types of businesses with or without proper trash disposing etiquette, once a week or once every 3 weeks for home residential, proper trash disposing etiquetted neighborhoods. So approximate number of trucks needing once a week cleaning? 20 percent of total number of dump trucks. Recommendations: Highly commercial areas needing multiple pick ups throughout each day.... - More bins or larger bins, less frequency of pick ups. Average uses for bins: - Commercial business - Personal small businesses - Apartment complexes - Residential Community bin... Approximate height and width and length for bins? Commercial Business bins require height level to be acceptable to average human height. Non Commercial bins, such as Residential bins also require height acceptance as well as non average height requirements, such as the 6 feet high. Types of trucks needed for non average height bins? Commercial dump trucks which can handle the width dimensions of the bins. Which trucks would be needed in a Residential/Commercial area? 2 non Commercial dump trucks on a certain frequency of pick up for Residentials which would clear residential bins at 5 minutes from contact to contact, with time allowance for clearances and obstructions, such as sidewalk parking. 2 Commercial dump trucks to pick up during late afternoon hours so as to have an empty bin for the Commercial businesses in their morning shifts. Estimated time needed to clear the 8 or 9 Commercial bins? From 3 pm to 4 pm. 1 hour. Estimated time needed to clear the 5 or 6 non Commercial large Residential bins? 1 hour. Within acceptable work hours. Expectation rates for Business owners and Residents? Expectancy at 1 hour between 3 to 4 pm daily with 2 dump trucks. Expectancy at 1 hour on set days within set 'acceptable' business hours. Residents'/Business owners'/ customers' rate of sudden jump from unexpected trash sounds? Decreases by over 85 percent. An 85 percent decrease of sudden jolts would result in 150 percent increase in restabilization to normal heart rate and normal blood pressure as well as other internal organ functions within the first few days. A combination of non expectancy frequencies? Such as sounds within and outside the parameters ... non consistency of 'trash sounds'.... ?? An increase of rehabilitation with a decrease to that rehabilitation with unregulated trash sounds. Number of residents effected by these unregulated sounds? Residential block of over 100 persons would effect over 100 persons. Daily, weekly, monthy, bi monthly.. whatever it may be but without regulation and with such high unregulated and non understandable trash sounds, the residents will suffer. Cost to City and County to send out these trucks? These trucks are privately owned by a privately owned company which City and County has contracts with.

Honolulu $85,367 to live comfortably The least expensive of the 10 costliest cities might also be the nicest place to live. It shows up regularly on ranks of most livable cities and has been ranked among the safest cities in the nation as well. Besides being the state's capital and biggest city, it's considered the gateway to Hawaii, a business, military, and cultural hub. It also has the third highest median income at $77,161. Although groceries and other goods are costlier, as things usually are on an island, rents are less expensive than in California. What does 'to live comfortably' mean? Honolulu/Population 2018 The population of Honolulu is estimated at 402,500, up from 390,700 at the last official census. http://worldpopulationreview.com/us-cities/honolulu-population/ Given that the majority of the population were born and raised on Oahu, where did the 'to live comfortably' part come from?
And so... IF a company can do something and continues to say that it can, with facts that show they can, why would they only continue to say they will or that they can but never provide or do what they say or claim? And why would the residents need to go through unnecessary suffering for and on the behalf of such 'talkers'? The only possible reason i can see is not for their lack of substances to provide but for the lack of ideas as to how to provide. Which might mean that their 'net worth' is greater than their true Character or their wisdom.

Ho Family History Ho Name Meaning Korean (Ho): there is only one Chinese character for the Ho surname. Some records indicate that there are fifty-nine Ho clans, but only four have been identified and documented. All four clans descend from the same founding ancestor. In ad 48, a sixteen-year-old Indian princess is said to have arrived by boat on the shores of Korea. The Karak Kingdom’s King Suro married the woman, and out of respect for her origins allowed the second of their ten children to retain his mother’s surname, Ho. The Ho surname is very common and is widely distributed throughout the Korean peninsula. Vietnamese (Hô`): unexplained. Chinese: variant of He. https://www.ancestry.com/name-origin?surname=ho Hồ is a Vietnamese surname. The name is transliterated as Hu in Chinese and Ho in Korean. Ho is the anglicized variation of the surname Hồ. Not be confused with Ho surname in Vietnamese, it's literally called Hà. The Hồ 胡 clan which founded the Hồ dynasty in Vietnam originated in Zhejiang province of China Ho Chi Minh, first leader of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hồ
The Ho people are an ethnic group of India. They are an Adivasi people group concentrated in the state of Jharkhand and Odisha[2][3][4] where they constitute around 10.5% of the scheduled tribes. With a population of approximately 700,000 in the state in 2001, the Ho were the fourth most numerous scheduled tribe in Jharkhand after the Santhals, Kurukhs, and Mundas.[5] Ho territory also extends to adjacent areas in the neighboring states of West bengal, where there are approximately 80,600 Ho, Chhatisgarh and Bihar. They also live in Bangladesh and Nepal[6] The ethnonym "Ho" is derived from the Ho language word hō meaning "human". The name is also applied to their language which is an Austroasiatic language closely related to Mundari. According to Ethnologue, the total number of people speaking the Ho language was 1,040,000 as of 2001.[7] Similar to other Austroasiatic groups in the area, the Ho report varying degrees of multilingualism, also using Hindi and English[8] Over 90% of the Ho practice the indigenous religion Sarnaism. The majority of the Ho are involved in agriculture, either as land owners or laborers, while others are engaged in mining. Compared to the rest of India, the Ho have a low literacy rate and a low rate of school enrollment. The government of Jharkhand has recently approved measures to help increase enrollment and literacy among children https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ho_people As a family name, Ho may be written with three different hanja. Those with the family name meaning "retinue" (扈) may belong to one of four different bon-gwan: The 2000 South Korean census found 6,106 people with these family names https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ho_(Korean_name) Donald Tai Loy Ho (simplified Chinese: 何大来; traditional Chinese: 何大來; pinyin: Hé Dàlái; August 13, 1930 – April 14, 2007), better known as Don Ho, was an American traditional pop musician, singer and entertainer. He is best known for the song "Tiny Bubbles" from the album of the same name. Ho, a singer of Hawaiian and Chinese descent on his paternal side and Hawaiian and Portuguese descent on his mother's side, was born in the small Honolulu neighborhood of Kakaʻako to Emily (Honey) Leimaile Silva and James Ah You Puao Ho, but he grew up in Kāneʻohe on the windward side of the island of Oʻahu. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don_Ho Other less common family names include 河 (Pinyin: Hé), 佫 (Pinyin: Hè), and 赫 (Pinyin: Hè). A common alternative spelling of this surname is Ho, the Mandarin Wade-Giles romanization and the Cantonese romanization of several Chinese family names. ... Not be confused with Hu surname in Vietnamese, it's literally called Hồ. He (/ˈhə/) or Ho is the Romanised transliteration of several Chinese family names. Of these family names, 何 (Pinyin: Hé) is the most common at 17th (14 million, according to 2012 survey)[1] and 贺 (Traditional: 賀; Pinyin: Hè) is the second most common at 71st in the list of the top 100 most common Chinese family names. Other less common family names include 河 (Pinyin: Hé), 佫 (Pinyin: Hè), and 赫 (Pinyin: Hè). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/He_(surname)
So with the Romanised transliterating of HO, his name could be Peter S. He. Or Donald Tai Lay He. Or if he was Vietnamese, then it would be Peter S Ho. Seeing Ho could be Vietnamese. Or if he was Korean, then it would also be Peter S. Ho.. Seeing Ho could be Korean also.

Moving past the last name comparisons, if Mr. Peter S. Ho earned his M.B.A from U.S.C in 1993 as he states in his linkedin profile, then U.S.C should have records of his receiving of his M.B.A degree/certficate, right? My concern is this... With a person who relatively runs one of the largest banks in Hawaii and with all of the high costs of living with the low cost towards resident well being and safety, IF, Mr. Ho was to not have received the mentioned degree/certificate he states he did from U.S.C, would that make him to be a liar or a bad typist? If a bad typist I can understand that even CEOs make typing errors on their profile to personal credentials. But if not a bad typist but truly a Director of the San Francisco 'Fed', then he probably can get direct access to the outgoing and incoming 'cash' from all nine western states—Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington—plus the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and Guam. Ho, who earned degrees at the University of Southern California and began a banking career in New York City, returned to O’ahu in 1993 to serve as assistant vice president of Bank of Hawaii’s National Banking Division. By 2008, he had completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program and had worked his way up to Bankoh’s president. Last year, Ho added Bankoh chairman and chief executive officer to that title. Ho’s banking achievements are part of why he was tapped to lead Hawai’i’s APEC hosting efforts, says U.S. Sen. Daniel K. Inouye. “Peter Ho’s experience as head of one of Hawai’i’s oldest and largest financial institution is an invaluable asset to the APEC host committee,” Inouye adds. http://hiluxury.com/hisociety/leaders/banking-apec/ Ho’s connections and enthusiasm helped Hawai’i Host Committee raise $4 million for APEC, double its original $2 million goal. His understanding of Hawai’i and the Asia Pacific business community also has helped Ho steer the strategic planning and preparation for APEC’s November meetings, Inouye says. “I’ve known Peter for quite some time. His father, Stuart Ho, used to be my campaign manager,” he says. “I’ve watched this young man grow up and I am very proud of the leader he has become.” Some might say that seizing opportunity and building relationships are part of Ho’s DNA. His great-great grandfather, who emigrated from China in 1875, earned a modest living planting rice in Waikiki. Ho’s grandfather, the late Chinn Ho, nearly seven decades later shattered racial barriers to become a self-made multi-millionaire, and was affectionately dubbed the “Chinese Rockefeller.” When pressed for tales of his accomplishments, the 46-year-old Ho seems at a greater loss for words than most. Ho attributes his humble nature to his father, famous Hawai’i businessman Stuart T.K. Ho. “He often advised, ‘Never wear your resume on your shirt sleeve,’ which translates into, ‘Don’t make big chest.'”

Ho says he should have listened more to his family and their influential friends, adding that his famous grandfather Chinn Ho would have been “really excited and tickled by the whole (APEC) thing.” Ho remembers that his grandfather, while proud to be an American, always had an interest and desire to understand what was happening in China and Asia. “He did a lot of traveling to China early in his life,” Ho says. “It was an area that he believed had potential and where Hawai’i could play a meaningful role.”

Read Full Bio https://www.exed.hbs.edu/programs/amp/Pages/admissions.aspx Although there are no formal educational requirements, admission is a selective process based on professional achievement and organizational responsibility. We look for professionals who have demonstrated business talent and leadership potential. HBS Executive Education programs enrich both participants and their organizations, and require full commitment. LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY We deliberately design our programs to encourage individual growth and to foster productive interaction among participants. For that reason, proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. If English is your second language, or if you have less than one year's experience working in an English-speaking environment, HBS requires a brief statement documenting proficiency in English-language skills, both conversational and written. This may include a list of the English-language certification programs that you have completed; the degrees you have earned at English-speaking colleges and universities; or the results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam. The Admissions Committee also may request an interview. LETTER OF REFERENCE Harvard Business School Executive Education requires that a letter of reference be completed by a senior executive within the applicant's organization, a board member of the applicant's company, or a Harvard Business School graduate familiar with the applicant's role and responsibilities who can provide a detailed firsthand account. This letter of reference provides the Admissions Committee with a better understanding of your background and your potential as a leader. https://www.exed.hbs.edu/programs/amp/Pages/admissions.aspx
What does all this mean? #1. Disrespect to family name by not correctly giving proper acknowledgement. This is Number 1. #2. Promoting salutations towards those who do not give proper acknowledgement to family names. Number 2. #3. Addressing 'money' qualities over 'family name' qualities. Number 3. #4. Possible False 'self' representation. Surely a son or grandchild of Mr. Chian or Mr. Chinn would know his proper name, right? Had it not been for Mr. Chian or Mr. Chinn, there would be no Stuart T.K Ho or Dean T.W. Ho. Either that or the 1940 U.S Census snapshot is 'false' or too blurry to make out the correct name. Or maybe Mr. Chinn's first 'n', in his own writing, looks like an 'a'. And therefore, Mr. Chian.
Easiest way to find out? See if U.S.C has records of Peter S. Ho graduating with a B.S and an M.B.A. from U.S.C. If they do, then he is being truthful on his profile description. And then, the whole speculation would be nulled and this little segment of life can go on... Is it your concern, though? Not necessarily. Is it my concern? Not necessarily. I already tried to get an answer from U.S.C regarding Mr. Ho's graduation but haven't received any word and so i gave up wondering.. Then whose concern could it be? Any resident living within those 9 western States including those territories. They have a right to know their monies are being handled properly and legally. If they are to pay State taxes as well as Federal Taxes, they have the right to know how and where their tax monies are being used.. Although the Federal Reserve System is not an official part of Government and is more privately runned and operated with and in associations with Government, it is the citizens' rights to know who they should or should not have any concerns to. It's not 'ratting' out... It's loving your neighbor as yourself... I have the right to know.. This is what I have been given so far. I share with my neighbors the 'good' that I have received. The 'good' would be the knowledge although not completed on my part.. one person can't run the entire world, can 1? No. So I share what I have been given. The good the bad and the ugly. Why? Because this is the Nation known as 'We, The People'. Not, 'I, The Person'. And that is why some get really upset and angry and frustrated when the rest of the 'We, The People' part just don't seem to 'get it', or 'catch on' or 'understand' what all the 'hoopla-lah' is about. Yes, wrong doers are also part of the 'We, The People'. And so where is Their help? Why are they being treated as if they are the 'No, You are not part of the We, The People' person(s)? Living 'normally' and 'legally' will do most of this automatically.
