    the judge does not define natural born citizen. the part you left out on purpose, which is the very next line, specifically says they are not addressing the question.

    trumbull could have said anything he wanted to. it's irrelevant. if he wanted it to mean "subject to the complete" jurisdiction, he would have written it into the amendment. Since he did not, the courts have defined it.

    so, like I said, the SCOTUS in wong kim ark, and more specifically in plyler v doe, defined "subject to the jurisdiction".

    no supreme court precedent has ever agreed with you. not a single one.

    and if the SCOTUS agreed with you, you wouldn't have a perfect record of fail in court, nor would obama be POTUS.

    the founding fathers never intended blacks to be anything other than property. what you think they "intended" is irrelevant to US law.

    yes, actually, just saying wong kim ark completely smashes to pieces your argument. the court held that anyone born on US soil, is a natural born US citizen, citing english common law of natural born subject.

    YOU FAIL!

    Yes, I have been trying to tell them this, but they'd rather argue stuff that doesn't matter, because that can't argue the facts.

    So, I just keep posting my TRUTH and ignore them. Others that stop by will see who has the facts that matter!

    Sorry, but McCain in NOT Native Born. Native means indigenous to the Land (America) and McCain was not born in America. McCain is a natural born citizen because he had full allegiance at birth, which was conferred to him through his 2 American citizen parents.

    Jindal and Rubio are Native American Citizens because they were born here in America. However they are not natural born citizens, because their parents hadn't naturalized by the time they were born. They didn't get their NATURALIZED citizenship until their fathers were naturalized, which was then conferred to them. That is why Jundal and Rubio are not eligible, because they are not natural born citizens, they are naturalized native born citizens.
